Thermostat was missing and bathroom door did not close

The location is very nice, but the rooms are plain. The bay style windows are nice for seeing the harbor, though. The parking is tight and getting in from the lower lot requires you do go through an unmarked door. The pool was very active when we were there with lots of loud kids running up and down the hall. (not really the hotels' fault, though)

It looked very nice and the rooms we stayed in were spacey.

Great location, staff and bar are great. The only negative is that the room was extremely worse for wear. The dated look and paint bubbling off the walls and bathroom tub was in rough shape . Otherwise great

The place was too old, busy , not clean and breakfast was awful

We had a nice stay . Kids love the pool and slide . Friendly staff clean comfortable rooms.

The new menu at The Crown Cafe and Bar was awesome, and the staff are second to none.

It was nice and customer service was amazing!

Lawerence checked us in and he was fantastic. Our room wasnt ready so he upgraded us at no cost. The smoke detector in the room was beeping and within 5 minutes Lawrence had someone in to replace the battery. Over all the staff were great.

This hotel was fine

Our stay was not bad. We book our stay so we could have a diferent christmas, the hotel does not have breakfast so we have to pay extra for it only to find out the cafe is closed for the holidays. Plus the parking is not free. However it was a good stay, the kids loved the pool and the room was clean.

Very clean. Lovely room. Great pool facility. We will book again. Parking lot by hotel was full and had to use supplemental parking lot that did not connect directly to hotel. There should be a breakfast bar for patrons.

Great hotel. Have stayed a couple of times now for hockey. Restaurant has great breakfast. I am very surprised however that they charge for parking. I would expect to pay that at a hotel in a large city but Sydney?? Plus the condition of the parking lot is poor. Very hard to find parking when the hotel is busy and it’s very awkward with the small lot on top and most of the parking down a large hill behind - steeply sloped and can be slippery.

The sheets weren’t changed other people‘s hair. You can tell they were slept in and just made up again.

Dirty dining equipment, salt and pepper shackers were covered with dried on food as was the walls, coffee pot ect. I am a IHG member, this hotel increased the price of the room for what i believe to be corporate greed. The heat/air conditioner had to be upluged to turn it off. There's no reason why i should have to pay close to $300.00 for a one night stay. I will never vist this property again.
