Rating & Review Keseluruhan Holiday Inn Sydney - Waterfront, an IHG Hotel

Very nice room with a good view if the waterfront.

Had a wonderful two night stay. Would definitely stay again.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We had two concerns. One was the air conditioning would not work and the staircase for the outside accessible ramp is in rough shape on one side.

Nice property overall. The hot tub was not working other then that it was clean

Lovely view of the harbour from our spacious room. Restaurant recently renovated restaurant staff very pleasant and accommodating. Great meal!

Ideal location, friendly staff and spacious room for the price, as well as an outstanding view from the room. Somewhat noisy however.

Our entire stay was fantastic! The staff were terrific & the room was very comfortable. The only improvement - I believe the king mattress in our room should be replaced.

Our room was upgraded & allowed us to watch cruise shios arriving ,& departing Sydney Harbour. Awesome view.

Close, efficient, all necessitys

Unfortunately the only rooms available were handicap. Which I felt bad for using them, garbage truck picking up had his back up beaper going. No parking but had to pay. No complimentary breakfast, not enough amenities in the room. Extra fees when booking in. Overall I would not stay at this location again.

The front desk staff were amazing and very informative about the area.

Great hotel with friendly staff Great little pub attached with Michael who is one of the best bartenders in NS.

The hotel could room could have been cleaner and more up to date. The wallpaper was peeling in a few areas. The air system was very old and outdated although it worked well. There were 2 restaurants on site which was nice because the town had very limited selection of good restaurants. Many cruise ships come to this city and we couldn’t figure out what they did there because there is really very little going on.
