Located 5mins walk from airport bus and railway station. Good quality hotel. Only stayed less than 12 hours for early morning flight although there appeared to be good dining facilities.

Nice enough hotel but was shocked at the addition £17 they charged for parking your car there for the night, on top of paying £120 for the room I felt this was extortionate and for this reason I would not be staying there again. I genuinely thought the staff were joking at first, but apparently not. The greed is disgusting. The hotel was nice though

My room is nice and clean. Finding the hotel from the airport was really not easy at all. I came in to terminal three at night time, there is no signage. The man on reception said it would have been easier if I had gone via the bus terminal. As it was I wound up walking through mud and crossing a highway.

We booked as a family of 5 to attend the Christmas Markets. We were able to check in 2hours early which was fab! We received warm cookies on arrival. Beds weren’t comfy which impacted sleep. We also found the room extremely hot, even when we put the air conditioning on. A couple of maintenance issues reported on check out but these didn’t affect our stay. Staff were really friendly and they couldn’t do enough for you. We had breakfast, and the choice was really good. Catered for all, and the children were really pleased. Would stay again!

Lovely hotel and one of the very few out there that have a room that fits a family of 5. The rest of the hotel chains in lthe UK only cater for 4 which is very annoying!

I expected more from a brand like Hilton. The room service took almost 2 hours the pizza was cold and the drinks were incorrect. We waited so long we ended up just eating it. The excuse was that the hotel was understaffed and fully booked. This is really bad staff management. I will probably book elsewhere in future.

Due to location at airport you could here all traffic throughout the night. We were located on top floor.

Really easy check in, staff friendly. Dined at the restaurant and had a lovely meal. Room was clean and bed comfy

We stayed just one night before flying out of Manchester Airport and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable and offered excellent customer. Super comfy bed so we had a great nights sleep. Both dinner and breakfast were very good.
