Property is a little piece of paradise! Clean and tidy, just a bit isolated! Would recommend to anyone who wants to stay in a really nice clean properties on thee travels

Convent location

Quiet, quick, clean room, comfortable bed, truck parking, easy access to I-5… Pleasant staff always! Breakfast could use some improvement.

The room stunk like cigarette smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. Supposedly the room came with breakfast but what they offered could be hardly called food: nothing remotely fresh, not even an apple, a banana, a piece of toast, or milk and cereal! Only extra-processed, prepackaged crap. Unacceptable. $130 out the window. Never again.

i found everything average or worse. Dark around the hotel, could use more light. Small tv. Older buildings The free breakfast is nothing like what's expected. They have coffee and juice, premade egg sandwiches you heat up with the microwave and snack bars. No milk, no toaster. nothing else. When I was getting coffee I looked over and the help was in the next room. I saw the woman looking at me and thought she was coming over to ask me if I needed anything. No such luck... she closed the door! That was the only contact I had with staff except when checking in... and after I had to ring the bell to get help. Nothing really friendly about that exchange either.... so much for a courteous, friendly staff. This hotel is average at best. The center courtyard does look nice but who uses it when the temperature is 45 degrees. I have NO idea how the hotels.com rating has it rated at 8.8. Relatives? Friends? My opinion is: for the money go somewhere else.

The location worked but it needed updating. Any place that allows pets is going to be a little less clean.

I have stayed here on multiple occasions when I travel from Northern to Southern California. The rooms are well furnished, maintained and always clean. This is my go to place to break up the long dive to rest when I make my long trips from Northern to Southern California.

This is our third time staying at this hotel. Always on the way home from a trip. Very nice, warm and inviting rooms. The staff is very nice. They even accept pets (our 2 cats). The only thing that I would have a tiny complaint about is the breakfast. Alot of prepackaged food items, but the coffee is aways good.

This was a great place to spend a night. The only negative for us was the breakfast. We looked and left to find a place to have breakfast. Too bad for it was a great place otherwise.

This is a decent hotel. Nothing fancy but adequate.

air conditioner in my unit was too noisy to use. Poor water pressure in shower. Otherwise, clean enough.

Super clean and quiet. Nicely landscaped. We were traveling with dogs and it was super easy to walk the any time of day

A quick one night stay before hitting the I5 Grapevine. Staff was pleasant and the room was clean.

Absolutely epic hotel! It’s so charming and has a western vibe. I felt like I stepped in to a beautiful ranch estate! Huge rooms. Clean. Quiet. Light breakfast included. Secluded. My only complaint is there are no food options near by but I still give this hotel a perfect rating.

Everything was fine except my room was supposedly a non-smoking room yet smelled strongly of smoke.
