I would have given this a five star rating, even though it is an older two level walk up motel that has been revamped. The design is cute and the pool and pool area is fabulous. The design is cute and the pool and pool area is really enjoyable. The pool is heated every day to a warmish 80?. The rooms were clean and the decor was a little worn but attractive and the beds were super comfortable! But now for the bad: the mini split air conditions were terrible. They barely cool the room and they were extremely loud and recycled with whining, rattling and shaking on and off all night. We were in two separate rooms, and ACs were equally bad in both rooms. Even when we turn the ACs off in our room because we could no longer take the sound, we could hear the room next-door through the wall, their AC rattling. I was told that they plan to replace them all in the near future. If they do that, at that time, we will gladly return because the location was really good and again we really love the pool. We had a rough start when we first got there as we were requesting and promised a downstairs unit due to my auto immune condition and at the last minute we were put upstairs, but they did Change the next day. They were very nice about it. But because I was in pain from the climbing up and downstairs and not sleeping from the terrible AC, I expected and still expect some refund. Overall, a cute place. If they’ll just make a few upgrades and fix the ACs, we’ll be regular customers.

Everything was good and welcoming staffs bedroom were clean also good location nearby airport, all tourists spot were 15 to 20 minutes drive recommended place for everyone

I was traveling with my son for a sporting event. The room was clean and comfortable. The property was nice and felt safe. The pool area was very pleasant to sit in. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay there again with the family.

This hotel is great! friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room (the quality is particularly amazing given the low price), and it is walkable to the Ringling mueseum. The only thing I am not that satisfied is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Will definitely consider this place once I visit Sarasota again.

Room was OK. Not the 8.2 we expected. Mattress needs replacement. I would rate hotel at 6.

Amazing place. Wasn’t sure when I booked, what I should expect. The pictures don’t even do this place justice. The rooms are newly renovated and the pool is to die for. I just wanted a place with a pool so that I could swim. This pool is as good as any 5 star hotel/resort. The check in was amazing and the service was great. The tiki bar next door was fun and convenient too. I haven’t stayed at a motel in a while and very pleasantly surprised that I picked this place. As I walked up and down the street and looked at other motels, they were dumps. This place is well maintained and cares about their guests.

It was ok! The shower was not hot at all. Asked for extra rags they didn’t have any available. The maid didn’t replace them when she cleaned the room. It wasn’t bad. Just needs to work out a few things.

This place is awesome. I almost skipped due to some reviews. Glad i followed my instincts.

The room was clean, thatbis a positive. The mattress was terrible. It could not support an average sized adult. No hot water in the shower at all. I have stayed in budget motels before and understand i shiuld temper expectations but this was one of my worst experiences
