Clean and enjoyable

Stay at Best Western was quite disappointing, and we do not intend to return. From day one after check in the room was not clean enough, sheets were not fresh (hair and stains on the sheets), and then even specifically asking for a service on the third day it was not done and ignored. It was traumatizing and i plan to take my business elsewhere next time.

my child had allergy attack from the dirty and dusty carpet. staff said from chemicals they used to clean. it wasn't the a comfortable stay. I will not recommend friends this place and we are not coming back there.

Les lits dans la chambre sont très confortables par contre, le divan lit ne l’est vraiment pas. Le matelas est plein de springs que l’on subit dans tout notre corps. La piscine est très froide. La salle d’entraînement est super.

VERY BAD , BUGS EVERYWHERE

Great location, 15 minutes to Toronto International Airport. If you don't need a shuttle, it has the basics and good amenities. No transportation to the airport is provided.

Lovely staff, great breakfast offered every day, clean hotel, spacious suite. I would definitely come back.

My stay was not good. Initially I had problems at check in, even though the hotel had charged the full amount on my card bill. To check in I had to pay again, thus forcing me to call Hotel.com, which assured me that the first charge would be refunded. The second problem was with the cleaning service. In 10 days, only two people made the beds, I had to ask for the trash and towels. They claimed that they would change the sheets every 3 days, but they were never changed, even though I requested them. The same thing happened with cleaning. Regarding cleaning, we asked for it, but the most they did when they came was to take out the trash. We always had to ask for towels to be changed. In short, it was very problematic from the moment we arrived.

The room could use and smart tv and the breakfast options can be expanded and more visible security in parking area at night

Nice staff

Easy check-in. It’s very clean. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast buffet was good. Sausage was a little dry. Scramble eggs were good. It’s a small pool but good. Room was extremely clean and spacious. Very well isolated from noise. Very good price also. Highly recommend

Very spacious, pool was very clean and nice, staff were polite.

Not suitable for family stay with small kids. We chose this place because of kitchen with the room as we have a new born with us. The room temperature however was not suitable for human occupants, let alone a small new born. The thermostat was fixed at 24C so you cant go beyond that and the temperature was no where near 24 in the room. Even adults like me and my husband felt so cold and the baby’s eyes started watering. I talked to front desk and they said they couldn’t do anything, they dont have external portable heaters and they cant do anything about the thermostat either. So we were basically left to deal with it. I cannot describe how we spent the night. There were tons of other issues like a lamp that kept flickering and going out as if the place is haunted. At check out they said they could’ve compensated us if this was a direct booking but because its third party they cant do anything. Horrible place.

Very dirty floor and bathroom. There were even crawlers in the bathroom. The bathtub was missing a part and you could see the mold. I regret nor taking pictures. I will never stay there anymore. I stayed there before and I decided to give it a chance but that is it.
