We had boked a "SPAA" room but they switched us to a "hammam" room instead. It was great.

Beste Lage zur Erkundung von Ortigia, und 30 min zur Fuß zum Parco Archelogico Neaopolis. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Wasser und von einer Mauer aus hat man einen traumhaften Ausblick auf den Sonnenaufgang ubd den Etna auf der anderen Seite. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, das Frühstück ausgezeichnet. Das Valet Parking ist etwas teuer, aber in Ortigia lässt sich das Auto sonst nicht abstellen

Arrivant de Raguse où notre hôtel était vraiment top, nous sommes peut-être plus exigeants. Nous devons néanmoins remarquer que cet hôtel ne tient pas la comparaison à tous points de vue bien qu'il soit 30% plus cher. L'accueil tout d'abord, était plus personnalisé à Raguse. Les espaces communs du palais de Raguse étaient plus spacieux et plus élégamment décorés. Ils offraient aussi un SPA. Idem pour la chambre et la salle de bain. Pas de bouteille d'eau offerte dans la chambre à Syracuse qui est certes plus touristique que Raguse, mais cela ne justifie pas tant de différence à nos yeux.

Everything about our stay was terrific. The staff were extremely helpful, especially Sabrina. The rooms were comfortable and well appointed. The breakfast was very tasty. Ortigia is an ideal place to stay, easily accessible to sites in Siracusa. We would definitely love to return

Idéalement situé pour accéder à pieds à tous les sites intéressants, cet établissement a surpassé nos attentes. Un surclassement nous a été proposé à notre arrivée. Le personnel est attentionné, aimable et efficace. Notre chambre était propre et confortable. Je donne une mention toute particulière au petit déjeuner qui était extraordinaire : des produits frais et de qualité, des saveurs extraordinaires et une attention portée aux détails qui ont rendu notre séjour inoubliable. Voyageant avec un enfant de 18 mois, nous avons apprécié le lit bébé installé dans la chambre, la chaise haute et les couverts adaptés pour le petit déjeuner. Nous nous sommes arrêtés au cours d’un road trip pour 1 nuit… nous sommes finalement restés 3 nuits ! A noter : mini bar offert - un parking avec voiturier est proposé pour 30€/jour.

Very nice hotel and a great location on the water. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go.

Siracusa has been the highlight of our 10 days in Sicily so far and Algilà Ortigia was a great place to visit. Staff was friendly and several went out of their way to be helpful. We are good walkers and could walk to all parts of Ortigia, the island you want to stay on, and be there within 15 minutes. We had a junior suite that was large with several separate areas. Full service breakfast was good, not great. Bed was very big but not the most comfortable Despite these minor things, all four of us loved the hotel and location

The hotel’s customer service is exceptional both restaurant, reception and room service. The location is ideal. The only watch out is the standard double classic rooms are very small and often facing into a courtyard so a bit dark. I would recommend going for a superior or oven view room.

Lovely hotel in a perfect location for walking around Ortigia. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was great and the room was clean and tastefully furnished. Great place in a beautiful part of Sicily.
