When I stayed first time I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into the room. It was a good-sized room with a balcony. The bed was very comfortable. I had a great night's sleep. The second time was just as good as the first, and it exceeded all of my expectations.Hotel staff is exceptional⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I really liked the hotel, staff were fantastic and the location was really good. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I would highly recommend this hotel and definitely stay there again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was adequate for my needs. The building is 200 yrs old and Accor is still in the process of renovating it.

Comfortable room and bed. Good loation. Heating not working so had to request portable heater Had requested ground floor room as we had our elderly dog with us but were allocated and upstairs room furthest from entrance. No lift so carried our staffy up and down stairs for 3 days. Considering they charge extra for a dog it would be good to have an appropriate room as requested.

Great proximity to LHR (around 20 minutes drive), comfortable bed and spacious room, great and helpful staff.

Lovely position next to the Thames.

Excellent value for money. Comfortable bed and pillows. Good position on the river bank and an easy walk into the town centre if you need to.

The location on the river with parking was excellent. On arrival the staff was very friendly 🙂. Nice little bar area was cosy, the back of hotel had a very nice out door patio overlooking the river. If theres 1 thing that lets it down its the cheap table and chairs down stairs which gives it a cheap feel, and the room needs a colour transformation to make it feel warmer, with a slightly more modern feel. The view from the balcony was pricless even on a cold winters night.. overall it was a pleasent stay with my comments being a positive rather than a negative as id give it a solid 7/10 with room to slight improvement to get it to a 9/10. Great value hotel

Awful, poor service and not well maintained. Food was very limited and cold

Wasn’t planning to stay near Heathrow but Storm Bert and a cancelled flight had other ideas. The hotel was perfect after a tiring day and the staff were great👍

I booked the hotel as it stated free parking but when I got to the hotel, car parking was £10 a night. The weather was cold and I was advised that radiators in the bedrooms are not switched on! My room was so cold. The only plus point was breakfast. Lots of choice and the quality was good.

Good location nice staff easy for the town.

For the price, the room did the job. Potentially not at the standard of other Mercure hotels but it was good for one night and convenient access to Heathrow. There was quite a lot of noise from the road as well as something mechanical in the hotel that would go on and off. The room was cold when I checked in but there were electric heaters which soon warmed the room. There was plenty of hot water and the bed was comfy.

Lovey hotel, great location for our trip to Thorpe Park. Reasonable priced parking, 10.00 for 24hrs. Would be fab if free 😀

Easy check in, comfortable and clean. The only negative was the breakfast which was terrible! For £17.50 per head I expect a little bit better.

View of river from room was lovely, bathroom fittings (taps etc a bit tatty rather like mine at home). Trains very noisey going over bridge woke me up a few times. Problems with getting a receipt, i cant understand why almost all hotels including this one can't provide a correct receipt for business travellers to allow VAT to be reclaimed.,
