I cannot praise Plaza Beach Hotel enough. Everything from the hotel, to the staff, to the beach, to the surrounding area is faultless. It's for sure a hidden gem.

Die Außenanlage ist sehr schön. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, werden täglich gereinigt, man bekommt täglich frische saubere Handtücher, sogar täglich saubere Strandtücher. Das Frühstück ist gut und ausreichend. Die Liegen am Pool sind kostenfrei, der Strand ist nicht weit, nur ein paar Meter über die Straße. Es ist ein sehr schöner Strand mit einem goldfarbenen feinen Sand und das Wasser ist kristallklar. Es gibt viele gute Tavernen in der Umgebung. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

We prefer less crowded locations for the day with accessible restaurants and nightlife. Found this at the hotel and taking the bus to Chora, only 30 minutes and quite entertaining bus rides !

Beach location

The property is lovely. the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The pool area is beautiful with a great view of the Mediterranean. The full breakfast buffet offers many options. There is a market onsite with food and sundries. Very convenient. The staff strives to meet your every need. I will stay here again.

Property is great location to beach and restaurants. This is a 3 star hotel so don’t expect too much in the way of luxury or any extras. They do serve a morning buffet but just like most of the other higher rated hotels they struggle to serve it hot. Overall it’s good value for what you get. Also bus service works really well in Plaka to get you around.

Beautiful beach great for families

Lovely property straddling the line between the studios all along Plaka and a fully fledged “hotel”. Helpful staff, good pool bar and cafe food. Breakfast a little bit reminiscent of school dinners but decent quality and range. We liked this a lot, not totally sure the price difference va the smaller studio places is worth it but maybe.

Great stay at Plaza beach, walkable to few other restaurants and bars on Plaka beach strip. All staff was great, initially had issue with a/c unit in suite. Staff was quick to offer solutions and got it fixed quickly. Would go back when visiting Naxos. Easy drive and bus stop also right next to hotel for trips into Chora.

Our 3rd stay, they provide airport pickup, fast check-in, excellent rooms/pools/bar and most of all, kind service. There's even a mini-market on site - so convenient. This has become our summer quick go-to ~

The staff were incredibly friendly and always made time for us. We asked for some pineapple for babies teething and they came always with it and without a fuss or charge. They allowed us 30 minutes extra for late check out free of charge too and were patient when we were a bit late due to feeding my baby. The only problem would be that you have to pay for the beach sun loungers and they were extremely expensive. They are part of the hotel and we felt should be free. You had to pay the same price for one hour or for 7 hours. It didn’t make sense. The cleaning staff and waiters and waitresses made our stay. All so so kind. The beach is beautiful.

This is a great place to stay! The bus from the port ends here (and turns around to go back to the port). There is a mini-market here and a restaurant (the food is great too). The beach is amazing and the staff is very helpful and kind. This is the best hotel on the island!

The stay was very enjoyable. I can only think of two immediate improvements I would recommend. The mattress is very stiff and the showers are very very small.

We did not like the shower, but other than that the place was wonderful. Beautiful pool, right on the beach, inexpensive sunbeds, great breakfast and friendly staff. If I go back to Naxos I would stay there again in spite of the shower. Location was amazing. Walking distance to restaurants along a sandy beach road. So quaint and beautiful. The beach was beautiful and sandy.

The breakfast was lovely and the beach was across the street. It was the quiet and lovely part of plaka beach which was a dream.

Nothing special here besides walk to beach. Pictures of pool area are not representative of actual pool. There was a wire/net, makeshift fence around the entire pool which is a true eyesore. Breakfast was nice and wait staff around pool and bar were friendly. Rooms and facilities are pretty tired. Front desk staff never sent driver for us at ferry and it was mad chaos trying to get a cab—took 50 minutes in 100 degree heat. Do not show up in Naxos without a prearranged confirmed ride to your hotel!!
