Great area for the hotel.

Bathroom was dirty. Hair elastic on the counter. Soap open. Only 1 towel. Hair dryer laying on the floor

Welcoming staff. Breakfast consisted of hot & cold buffet. Coffee, juice, fresh fruit, make your own waffles, eggs (various styles), hot oatmeal & cold cereals, bread & bagels. Room with 2 qn beds was comfortable & clean. Well equipped kitchenette. Large tv and room to spread out and relax.

Rented a one bedroom suite for 3. King bed in bedroom was comfortable. The pull out loveseat making a bed was gross!! Mattress was warm beyond comfort( needs replacement). With the suite we expected a pot/pan in suite for use, no such thing. We had a stove top to cook but no pot or pan to cook with? Not what we expected nor wanted!! The rest of the suite was fine. Clean, tidy, and roomy. Will not return. For the price will look elsewhere.

Great place to stay

I really liked the location of this hotel. I also enjoyed the fact that there was a kitchenette if we wanted to cook and the size of fridge was fantastic. The continental breakfast was also very good.

Place was quiet, staff was friendly, only complaint is the smoking are is to close to the building for my liking, can smell cigarette as soon as I walk outside.

I'd definitely recommend this hotel if you're staying in the Thunder Bay area. While it's not close to any sort of Lake view, it's conveniently located near restaurants and a quick drive to the lake. It was clean and spacious and the beds were comfortable.

Room smelled stale when I checked in. Don’t get a room on the North side of the hotel. There were rigs idling all night in the parking lot next door and the garbage trucks emptying the big bins behind the hotel will make a wake up call completely unnecessary. All that being said, the staff were fantastic and the free coffee was good. Fridge and microwave in the room came in handy. The included breakfast was ok…does anyone seriously eat turkey bacon? The noise notwithstanding, it’s a good location close to food options, groceries, and centrally located.

The room was really nice, big and had a good kitchen. Breakfast was good and we did get a chance to use the pool. The neighbourhood itself is OK, though it had some good shopping in the area

Clean and organized. Great breakfast included. Staff was friendly and professional.

The hotel was close to many eating options. It was clean and the staff were helpful and welcoming. Our room had a broken toilet paper holder but it wasn’t an issue because we had toilet paper! :). The pillows provided were a little too soft and flimsy to our liking.

Our room’s bathroom fan did not work. There were hundreds of cigarette butts outside of the hotel. Breakfast food was not great. People working at the hotel were very friendly and respectful. It was too much money for this place.
