Rating & Review Keseluruhan Austria Trend Hotel Bosei

First time using hotels.com absolutely horrendous experience. We chose to stay at Austria trend hotel booking was confirmed. We had an email couple days before asking if we had any special requests we would like adding. We arrived 11pm at night got to reception to be told our stay has been cancelled. We was told we would be refunded and that’s it go find a hotel. It wasn’t in a city centre so there wasn’t much around. It was late we were low on options, woman on reception just kept repeating nothing she can do it will be refunded. We come to conclusion we would have to stay on the sofas in the lobby. We took our suitcases just got settled in the lobby. Around 20 minutes later the woman came over and miraculously there was a room available.

Overal was a pleasant stay. Abit further out from the city centre but was comfortable and clean.

great hotel, restaurant food not great and its a stretch to say its 3.5 miles to centre. But nonetheless really enjoyed accomodation

An excellent choice for the price. The hotel offers great value with its comfortable rooms and convenient location. Highly recommended for travelers looking for quality at a reasonable rate.

Nice and comfortable room for the family of 4. Quiet area. Included parking. 15min walk to the U station.

Sehr auf Profit ausgerichtet. Zu weit vom öffentliche n Nahverkehr entfernt. Kein Hotel für Gäste die die Stadt erleben wollen. Es sei denn , man ist jung und gut zu Fuß.

Location is about 25 mins from city center but very nice and trendy.

Was not informed about mini bar until checkout

少し郊外ですが車でのアクセスは抜群です。犬(ボーダーコリー)連れでしたので自然豊かな環境は最高でした。部屋も清潔でベッドも良質です。窓からはゴルフ場が見えますが音などは聞こえません。駐車場は広いのですが利用者に対して少し足りないのかもしれません。

Das Frühstück ist für den Preis etwas mager. Ansonsten war es ein sauberes Hotel mit netten Personal und ruhiger Lage. Ich würde wiederkommen und einfach in der Innenstadt frühstücken gehen empfehlen.

Friendly stuff and great parking lot

The check in staff were un attentive (borderline rude). The bar staff stood chatting most of the night and you had to ask other guests to get their attention. The room was very comfortable.
