Rating & Review Keseluruhan Royal Savoy Hotel & Spa

Wellnessbereich eher klein (deutlich zu wenig Liegeflächen für Entspannung) viele Kinder im Schwimmbad kein Adults only Pool Dampfbad super aber die Sauna katastrophal (Dunkel und mit 5 Personen voll)Whirlpool okay jedoch auch hier eher schmal gehalten. Insgesamt für uns leider nicht erfüllt da haben wir deutlich bessere Hotels gehabt. Zimmer war sehr schön hat alles gepasst. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Die SkyLounge ist wirklich genial sehr zu empfehlen. Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung nichts Weltbewegendes aber gut (etwas mehr Auswahl an Käse wäre schön). Personal Top alle sehr freundlich und aufgestellt geben sich wirklich sehr mühe. Parking alles super Auto geparkt beim Check Out stand es parat vor der Tür toll aber 30.- im Tag als Hotelgast zu bezahlen finde ich schon fragwürdig. Insgesamt hatten wir eine gute Zeit.

The Staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. They push the boundries to ensure you have an amazing stay.

Ich fand es super ! Man konnte top entspannen ! Das einzige was mich ein wenig störte war die Menü Karte in den Restaurants.. man hätte gut auch etwas „normaleres“ drauf tun können wie zb eine Pizza oder Nudeln.

Escapade pour un week-end au top. Spa très agréable et personnel aux petits soins. Récemment rénové avec goût.

Excellent hotel, located not far from the lake and just minutes away from the train station. Spacious, calm, comfortable room with all the amenities. Access to the wonderful spa and fitness room. Delicious breakfast buffet with efficient, gracious staff ! Highly recommended if your budget allows.

A gorgeous hotel with a great spa. Very conveniently located for local transport. The dining and bar at the hotel were excellent. I was there for my birthday and the team at the hotel really went the extra mile to make it special - thank you! I would highly recommend.

Wonderful hotel and service. At the front desk, Laura, was great and so sweet. Also the Italian Concierge was very helpful. The spa was one of the best we’ve ever enjoyed in a hotel. We would come back just to spend time there again!

Incredible staff and service

Really amazing comfort and refinement in an old establishment with many beautiful modern features. The hotel went the extra mile for us in many ways especially recognizing that we were celebrating a birthday. We found the linens and towels and products of excellent quality. The breakfast was very good. We also enjoyed the proximity to bus and metro lines as well as the short walk to the lake. Would highly recommend this hotel

Fantastic Stay! The spa and pool was refreshing after a long day of travel. Excellent area for all the shops and restaurants and not far from the Olympic Museum! Highly recommend 👍

Séjour pour se reposer. Nous avons profité de la piscine et des soins du SPA, c'était très relaxant. séjour à refaire !

다음에 로잔에 와도 꼭 royal savoy hotel 에 믁을 예정입니다. 정말 방에서 보는 뷰, 옆의 공원 그리고 호숫가 까지 거리 등등 너무 완벽했습니다. 그리고 제일 기억에 남는건 수영장이었어요 실내와 실외 자쿠지 수영장이 이어집니다. 서비스도 너무 좋았구요. 로잔에선 깅추입니다
