Foram dias incríveis, com excelente atendimento.

Das Hotel befindet sich im 4. Stockwerk (mit Lift), die anderen Stockwerke sind andere Hotels. Das Personal war sehr bemüht und nett, vor allem eine blonde Dame beim Frühstücksbuffet (leider weiß ich ihren Namen nicht) war die Beste :) sehr witzig, lieb und bemüht. Frühstücksbuffet war sehr ausrechend und frisch. Die Zimmer haben eine gute Größe gehabt, Bäder sind kleiner aber für Stadthotels normal. Den einzigen Punkteabzug gebe ich für die Sauberkeit, da nicht gesaugt wurde. Handtücher wurden jeden Tag gewechselt und Müll ausgelert. Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, ob zu Fuß oder mit der Metro bzw Bus, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr gut erreichbar. Das Hotel kann ich empfehlen, vor allem, wenn man nicht zuviel Geld für die Unterkunft ausgeben will.

Very good hotel.

Very friendly staff. We had a very good stay in this hotel. Everything nearby on walking distance. If you look for a quite sleepover, the ideal hotel as starting point to visit Rome. Also verry close to the station!!

Excellent staff! We had a horrible trip to Rome that ended with our luggage not arriving. The staff helped us a lot with it along with booking tours and stuff. 10/10 would stay there again.

Good location, helpful team, a number of steps at the enterance to the building, the shower needs repairs.

Check in process was speedy. Staff was friendly. The only issue we have is that the hotel looks a little dated and the room could use a little maintenance. Walls were severly scuffed and dirty. Outlets in the room were not secured to the wall and would move any time something was plugged in. The shower did not drain and water would end up all over the bathroom floor. Most of the fixtures in the bathroom (door handles, toilet paper holder, etc) were loose and not secure to the wall. Bathroom door did not lock either.

Hotel Floris is an excellent property in an equally excellent location. It is on the 4th Floor of a building, the rooms are spacious, clean and modern - more 4/5star than 3. Although in a very central location the hotel is quiet. Staff are exceptionally friendly. Hotel is 10 mins from main train station, close to Metro to easily get to St Peters (the furthest attraction) everywhere else is walkable. Plenty of restaurants and in the heart of shopping. Would definitely recommend, would definitely go back without hesitation.

생각보다 너무 좋았어요 일찍 도착했는데도 바로 체크인도 해주시고 직원분들도 너무 친절하셔서 다음에 간다면 또 들리고 싶네요

Prima hotel, ontbijt valt beetje tegen

Hotel fica no 4 andar em um prédio com outros hotéis. Nao tem placa nenhuma na rua. Você acha pelo número do prédio. Tem alguns curtos degraus pea chegar no elevador. Hotel é super limpo e moderno. Quarto amplo e confortável. Chuveiro bom. Café da manha poderia ser melhor. Está bem localizado. Cheio de bares e restaurantes próximos. 5 minutos do metro e da estação principal de Roma. Vale o custo benefício.

Gostei da localização: numa região central, próximo à Termini, ao Metro e a diversos pontos turísticos (fui a pé para muitos). A fachada do prédio, como eles mesmos informam, não está no seu melhor estado, mas aparentemente todo o edifício está em remodelação. O hotel em si - quartos e áreas de café da manhã e recepção - é simples e digno, assim como os quartos: o meu era bem pequeno, mas confortável. Pode melhorar, mas diria que é justo e cumpre o que promete. Ah, e o café da manhã é muito bom.

L'hotel è al 4° piano dell'edificio e non ha nulla a che vedere con il degrado del piano terra. Tuttavia non è abbastanza nuovo. Infatti abbiamo avuto un problema con la doccia: il misceltatore era rotto e funzionava solamente con acqua bollente (impossibile fare la doccia). Ci è stata prontamente assegnata un'altra camera, anche se il problema avrebbe dovuto essere riscontrato prima di assegnare la camera. Comodo, a pochi minuti dalla Stazione Termini. Colazione discreta: buono il cappuccino, poca scelta per il resto (pane, paste, ...).

The room is massive for a 3* hotel and located very close to the train station, very convenient. The hotel is on 4th floor, its fine on their floor but it would be better if they can work with other hotels in the same building and redo thr ground floor entrance and the lift. Probably a problem with expedia rather than hotel, city tax amount was more than a double of whatever listed in expedia!

Pleasantly surprised at the quality and modernest of the hotel

Location and the people are amazing. You’re close to everything from this spot, including transportation to get around the city. The people are so kind and helpful. Unfortunately the front desk wasn’t open through the night, so if you had late nights planned, you’d have to put in the codes they give you to get in. Cleanliness was okay. The lobby was under construction but the hotel itself was nice and modern.
