Was a lovely surprise to walk into so clean and friendly and modern

The hotel was lovely and clean, the staff were very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. This was our 4th stay with them. The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast and rollys bar are fantastic the food is good quality and well cooked. The Retreat was fantastic very relaxing. Was a shame that there isnt a haordresser anymore but it didnt spoil our stay. Cant wait to go back in june.

Really good stay, my partner a friends said it was really good, rooms nice a clean breakfast also good.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff great entertainment. Opted for a premier room which didn’t let me down. Dined in restaurant, excellent choice of food, complimentary glass of wine, gift on table as it was a mock Christmas Day. Over all excellent stay.

Couldn't fault this Hotel!! Staff, food, entertainment, location were all just perfect for what we expected In particular, the staff we're helpful, polite and couldn't do enough for you. We'll be back

Had a lovely 2 night stay. Room was fab. Only thing i would say is the shower wasnt very hot, tried all settings but it never got red hot. Entertainment was brilliant. We had 2 meals in rolys and really enjoyed. Breakfast was also really good.

Excellent stay room and decor fabulous. Plenty of storage. Cleanliness spotless couldnt fault anything. Added breakfast and dinner on at hotel food superb highly recommend seating areas in hotel plentiful and plush. Will be returning.

Staff, food, entertainment first class, first time at this hotel but would stay here again, could not fault it

Hotel was lovely when entered into reception. Staff were very nice and super helpful.. Our room was the cleanest I think I’ve ever stayed in. Everything we needed and more .

We had to go home early as I was pooo

Booked 2 rooms, one for me and my wife (twin room) no problems. Second room was triple for my daughter and partner plus granddaughter, hence triple room. When we arrived was told that granddaughter name not on list so would be extra, what why would i book a triple room if i only needed rooms for 2, no reasoning with them. We had paid for bed,breakfast and evening meal. We actually took only 2 evening meals and two breakfasts due to the timing of the services not meeting our times of the winter gardens dancing. So overall paid for 6 evening meals took 3 and they still charged for my granddaughter breakfast was the same paid for 6 took 3. Overall not a good reasonable conclusion.

Another excellent stay at Ruskin we had great 4nights break breakfast and dinner was very good looking forward to going back next year

Disappointed about not being able to park even though we tried several car parks so had to park in loading bay and received a parking fine.

This hotel is made by its staff, they are so friendly And welcoming

Been going to the Ruskin for 30 years and still coming back. Won’t go anywhere else. Still think a should get a discount now and again 😂❤️

The staff are all incredibly welcoming, helpful and cheerful. The hotel itself is warming and cosy and makes a great spot for long days out. The rooms were clean, tidy and presentable. The food was (we had breakfast only), was varied and exactly what you would expect. The hotel needs a little update but only to match the level of staff working the venue, its charming.

Excellent food & Entertainment . Very clean bedrooms . Recommended

Room ok , bar staff made an error with food order and then once we had finished food came over and ask me to pay for his mistake
