From the moment we arrived, check-in was fast and effortless—I received the code for the upper unit right away. Walking in, it instantly felt like a home away from home. The space is thoughtfully set up with 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 spotless bathrooms, and convenient onsite laundry. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and essentials, although we didn’t get a chance to use it during our short stay. The unit easily accommodated our group of six, with plenty of clean towels and extra linens provided. A nice surprise was finding toothbrushes and toothpaste tucked neatly in each bathroom drawer, along with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash—though we brought our own, it’s a great touch for guests. The neighborhood is quiet and new, perfect for a restful stay. We were only there for one night due to our work vacation being just two days, but we truly wished we could have stayed longer. Customer service from Global Stay was exceptional—friendly, quick to respond to emails, and very accommodating. A refundable deposit was required in case of damages, which was clearly communicated. Overall, a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped place that I’d gladly return to for a longer stay.

When we arrived, the place is dirty. Towels and toiletries are not enough for the number of guest. They made up charges from my security deposit telling me that we destroyed their wall and charged me for missing towels. Their towels are not even woth keeping. For the garbage, the guest have to put it in the dump and it so happened when we checked out the dump was closed so we were told to just leave it in the house and now they charged me extra 90 dollars for it. I do not recommend this place. They are charging their guest for these made up damages and i should have taken heed of those previous reviews. Think twice before booking this place.

Ce que j’ai aimé: Très beau cartier, près de tout. Le grand le salon-cuisine est vraiment plaisant et accueillant, on peut facilement être 3 couples et on ne serait pas coincé. Réponse rapide du proprio Ce que je n’ai pas aimé. Arrivé compliqué. Préparation 2 jours à l’avance, on me demande une pièce d’identité et une photo de moi avec mon ID, un dépôt payé à l’avance. On me remet les instructions et la photo de la maison ne correspond pas à la maison. Je dois valider avec le proprio pour être certaine de ne pas essayer d’entrer dans une propriété qui ne serait pas la bonne! Des frais additionnels pour chaque sac de poubelle, parce que ce n’est pas inclus, sinon je dois allé les porter moi même à un autre endroit. (Soit dit en passant, ça prend une preuve de résidence pour y laisser quoi que ce soit là!) Le lave vaisselle était encore avec de la vaisselle sale à mon arrivé et une verre brisé dans l’armoire et un autre mouillé. Je cherchais les serviettes… elles étaient toujours dans la sécheuses. J’ai l’habitude des Airb&b et c’est première fois qu’une chose comme ça m’arrive. La maison est très écho … donc on entend vraiment trop les locataires du sous sol, chaque fois qu’ils entrent/sortent de la maison j’ai l’impression qu’ils sont à côté de moi! Je ne pense pas revenir dans une location GLOBALSTAY

They charged $235 unnecessarily after we left. They blamed us ready made issues.

The property was very nice and clean the only thing thay was a bit confusing was the picture of the exterior of the house that was sent by global stay did not match the exterior of the house that we stayed at... which let to confusion

Read the reviews and believe them. They will find a way to keep part of your deposit and will ignore any communication you send their way once they have your money.

Property had a great location, modern, clean and very nice lay out. Super close to grocery, pharmacy and so much more. Kids play park directly behind property, makes for a great location if you have kids. Host was super responsive and helpful. Only downfall was the showerhead in the master bedroom didn’t work properly.

The place which was described was entire house, but it was just a basement, we had no wifi from check in to check out instead we did so many requests, the aircondition was set at 28 when we reached there and in the night it was freezing 21 degrees, we were 7 person but towels were five and few napkins, tv didn't work as there was no wifi, kitchen had no toaster, no milk pitcher and bare minimum pots and pans. Also they asked very big amount of deposits ( 1000 dollars plus 80 dollars for pets) and barbeque had no propane.

GlobalStay are scam artists. First, the check in process is outrageous and potentially dangerous as they wants pictures of your personal cards (license etc) Then after you leave they charge you more money for outrageous things. They claim we left the bbq dirty, we didn’t even use it. They claim we left a non cleanable stain on a bed sheet. They then automatically steal this money from you. I’ll never stay at global stay again.

I was hesitant at first based solely on the previous reviews but we were pleasantly surprised! It is a beautiful new home. Very clean and well located. The property managers communication was clear and prompt. I would definitely stay again!

Deceptive marketing - did not know the space was located in a basement. Hotels.com omits this very significant information so that a consumer makes an informed choice. Space dark and cold. Hotels.com refuses to refund cost and declines accepting responsibility for the property management company GlobalStay which also refuses to refund cost as did not stay there.

We booked this place since it was perfect for 2 couples with our 3 babies in total. However they added hidden charges of $10/person/night even for our infant who is 1 year old. Ridiculous. Why would anyone book this place with 3 bedrooms for just 2 people?! Secondly i thought they could do better with attention to detail. Our place had run out of kleenex and they didnt refill it even after asking. Also no garbage bags were left for us to use even though we were asked to dispose off our own garbage for $15 at a nearby transfer station or pay $15 to them per bag. Ridiculous considering this is a residential area with city garbage pick up

I never had such a bad service as that, you ruined our vacation and it cost us twice as much without counting the inconveniences, the unnecessary travel, the gas spent, we had made more than 15 hours of driving for nothing

Do not stay here. The communication is terrible. - no one tells you you are sharing a house , let alone with a bachelor party! - they chase you down a dozen times when they want something before you check in but don’t send you the check in info!! - we had to search for the house as we called them because the picture did not match the - when I called at 2:00am! About the noise and smell coming from downstairs, I was told they will call and then they never answered my calls again ( I believe they blocked my number so that they weren’t woken up! Worst stay ever! Avoid this management company at all costs!
