Very spacious and homey. Room was clean and the onsen was great overlooking mt fuji. Cons, the check out time is too early, you must leave at 10 am which is worst when you come with kids

Unbelievable night here. Views of lake Ashi and Mount Fuji the best you can get. Even from our personal onsen or balcony footpath. The kids loved watching a movie on the big projector while the parents enjoyed the view. Fridge full of free gifts of food, wine and beer plus soft drinks also. Nice touch. We absolutely loved it here. Caught the bus from odawara station which took about 55mins and the bus stop is just outside the accommodation (Hakone Shiso Mae). On way back 2 bus stops either side of building,

無人ですが全く問題なく過ごせました。 部屋も清潔に維持されており素晴らしい。 少し残念だったのはチェックアウトを、 二、三分過ぎただけで思いっきりドアを清掃の外国の方に叩かれて現実にすぐ戻ってしまったことです。 こちらが悪いのですが。

Indoor onset, pet friendly

An amazing view for the Fuj! what a great place in a great location. Comfortable beds, Heated floors, Sauna, real private onsen... Highly recommend! LOVED IT!

自販機が故障中でしたが、近くのコンビニの品揃えが充実していたので問題なかったです。 景観も良く、気持ちよく滞在することができました。 次回もこちらで宿泊したいです。

Nice property, Very high tech

The private onsen was a godsend! Lovely view of Mt Fuji and Hakone Shrine from the apartment. Outdoor foot bath was fantastic too. The kitchen was well-equipped and the dishwasher was a welcomed bonus for us. Even though the property was unmanned, the staff was extremely responsive and helpful when we had problems accessing the projector. We would definitely stay here again!

Had everything you need for a wonderful stay. The view of Fuji was amazing. Just grab some food from 711 (including cooking oil if you need it) and your set!

今までに泊まった宿の中でもかなり上位に位置する宿泊体験ができました。 徹底したデジタル化によって人件費を下げたことにより宿泊費は押さえつつも、部屋の作りや設備、かゆいところに手が届く品々が備わっていることなど家族全員が納得のホリデーを過ごすことができました。 静かに過ごしたい家族には圧倒的におすすめな宿です。

Tiene una vista preciosa, y las instalaciones son muy buenas. Lo único difícil fue el self check-in pero de ahí en fuera es la mejor opción para hospedarse en hakone

Very nice quiet town to relax, super short walking distance to port, 7-11, bus stop etc. personal onset with super great Fuji view.

The best view of Ashinoko, Fuji mountian combined. You can't find another hotel has a better view. However the lofts on the first floor might get blocked views because of the yard fence and trees in the front. There's a 7-11 just across the street, which is convenient to get quick food. The only drawback is that this hotel doesn't have a restaurant and restaurants nearby closes very early in the evening.

Fantastic self-sufficient property with nice view of Mt Fuji.

All facilities are in good condition and easy to use.

They should reinforce the parking or signage for destinated parking. Our destinated parking spot was taken after we retun from dinner.
