깨끗하고 넓고 좋았습니다. 조식도 간단히 배채우기에 작합했습니다.

화장실 변기에서 물이 바닥으로 세고 세면장은 화장실 냄새가 나요 변기에서 물이 세는거를 알고도 방치함

I do not speak mandarin but the staff was very friendly and helpful. This was a great place to stay during my first trip to Taipei.

Property seemed to be well maintained but the staffs were unhelpful and the breakfast was not that good.

It is better than expected for the price I paid. It is spacious, comfortable, nean, good location with convenient public transport. But they have to improve for their breakfast buffet. Overall we are happy staying in this hotel.

I was not sure if they changed the sheets daily or only when requested. So I asked them to and they complied. They offered a daily breakfast for the guests. The staff is friendly and complies with most requests. Several of the staff were English speaking which helped. My room had a bidet which was a good feature. I could not adjust my rooms temperature and make it warmer. I was told it was preset I could only turn it off which I did. The temperature was 20 C in the room. The hotel was within walking distance of train stations and near a McDonalds and 2 seven elevens.

I was very satisfied.

1. Front desk male reception was not professional and rejected customer requirements always. 2. Shower room water leakage, internet network was disconnection usually and TV screen always lagged in night. 3. Hotel didn't change sheet over three days, even you informed front desk reception. 4. Will not visit this hotel again.

整體住宿體驗糟透了👎 唯一給的兩顆星是給清潔打掃的人員 以及離華山和善導寺捷運站近…. 停車是機械式電梯型的窄停車空間，不僅沒有人員指揮，到達現場撥打電話還要我們自己處理，停車空間狹窄到不行，基本上只要是比較稍微長型或者休旅車真的不建議來這裡，辦理入住時櫃檯完全沒人，站在那裡等了10分鐘人才出現，電梯非常老舊，完全沒有翻新整理，從民國88年使用到現在….雖然有檢驗使用合格證書還沒過期，但外觀老舊到不行，房間內部看起來有重新翻修過，但雙人床卻是兩張單人合併，中間那有空襲，即使使用兩張單人合併成的加大雙人應該也要鋪厚一點的墊子，不應該讓兩張床中間有空隙，連續入住兩天櫃檯卻告知僅會提供一次礦泉水及泡澡碇備品….如果入住一天提供一次為講求環保我還能理解，但試問我入住兩天付兩天的費用，完全沒有減少其他費用，這些只提供一次也太過分了吧？！早餐餐點非常爛，不是自助式餐點，而是只會提供飯店限定一人份餐點，例如漢堡一個或三明治一個….提供自助的東西只有咖啡、牛奶、柳橙汁、吐司和一點都不新鮮的生菜….單人份餐點完全不能依房客需求調整….若有吃素食或者提供的東西不能吃也不能調整，而且當天要等他們送餐之後才知道是什麼餐點，基本上這樣跟浪費食物沒兩樣….因為兩天住宿下來提供的東西沒什麼差異….就是吐司麵包換成漢堡麵包、火腿換成組合漢堡肉、荷包蛋換成炒蛋…..這樣還要額外加價才有的餐點真的不合格….我寧可去超商買都比他提供的好吃….

The room and breakfast is very good. The location is also good because this hotel is located near MRT station and dinner area.

環境乾淨、服務人員親切、大眾交通也方便，美中不足就是停車空間不大，整體都很好

on some days you get free snacks and water in your room umbrellas are available good location possibility to store your luggage before checkout cheap washing machine and dryer are available - on two occasions our room was left open by the cleaning staff - the room cleaning is definitely expandable. It was very dusty. - the staff was only partially friendly - if you want to check in before 12 am you need to pay 3000 NTD extra. If you want to check in after 12 you need to pay 1500 NTD extra. - we asked for a quiet room and received a room next to the escalator and the storage room for the cleaning staff. They talked before our room and made loud noises every morning. - the wardrobe was very old and broken. - the room and especially the bathroom are smelly Ultimately it was to expensive for that service.

Quick checking in and out. Friendly staffs. No problem providing our luggage storage for a day.

通りに面していてタクシーのつかまえやすい。セブンイレブンやファミリーマートも近く便利。導善寺も近い。いいロケーション。清潔でもある。
