Promenade Restaurant is kicking off the new year with the launch of "Chaozhou Gourmet Gala” Dinner Buffet, offering food lovers the chance to experience the rich and diverse flavours of Chaozhou cuisine. Guests can savour a variety of authentic dishes that showcase the culinary traditions of this famous region in Guangdong Province. Highlights include traditional marinated delicacies such as Marinated Goose, Marinated Cuttlefish and Marinated Duck Liver, all prepared to perfection. The venue is also decorated to recreate the nostalgic atmosphere of a traditional Chaozhou street food market, featuring Hong Kong-style dishes like Pig Blood with Chinese Chives, Boiled Pig Stomach with Preserved Salted Cabbage, and Babylonia Spirata with Chili Spicy Sauce. For desserts, the chef has meticulously crafted crispy Chiu Chou (Sa Qi Ma) Tower with Candied Floss and silky Milk Chocolate Tieguanyin Mousses Cake.
