We booked 5 rooms for ourselves and our four children and 17 grandchildren who are all under 12 years of age. This waterpark is perfect for this age group and they love it. They are so excited for weeks in advance and look forward to it every year.

Loved our large spacious room. The kids had a great time at the water park. Also loved the nighttime activities for children.

Everything was great, pool and pool area did get dirty. Area could have used better cleaning there were lots of used bandaids and stuff floating ij the pool. Food was excellent in the pool bar but alot of the machines in the arcade were out of order. Security was great at controlling the kids that were loud in the hallways at night.

Waterpark was nice and the kids had a great time. Mattresses were very uncomfortable so no one slept well. Breakfast was definitely not worth the $20 for adults and $10 for kids. Went to Stacked for day 2 breakfast instead and it was about the same price but yummy. Parking is extra but not bad. Staff was very friendly helpful.

Could be great but they charge for every little thing. $25 parking, $20 buffet breakfast that is complimentary at most hotels, coffee bar in the lobby with coffee starting at $3.00 a cup. The arcade has decent games but half don't work and/or steal your tokens. Went in the hot tub in the evening and it was foamy with a brown sludge mixed with hair around the rim of the tub, absolutely nasty. Has potential but a lot of work to do.

Most of the arcade is broken down. Not as many slides as expected. We spend an hour at the waterpark and felt fairly done. The poolside bar is abit sad. The staff are good and the room is fairly large. Overall could use some love.

Hotel was nice, water park was great for the kids
The room was great had a room with bunk beds kids loved it
Down side was the people above us sounded like they were coming through the ceiling jumping and running etc
Kids running up and down the hallways until street midnight paying mini sticks etc
Asked the front desk to look into it they said right away and nothing changed
They have security guards walking the halls, maybe it’s time to cut the wages And get rid of them as they are totally useless
The restaurant in the lobby, we went for dinner and they said they were under staffed so we could either wait an hour and it would still be sub par service, or we can get take out
Neither option was very appealing…
Go again? … maybe?
It’s a lot of money to spend and have any sort of issue

The level of chlorine in the waterpark was A LOT.. in the hot tub our eyes were burning from it and then the guy added some more. But the waterpark was a lot of fun and it was such a nice relaxing trip, fantastic amenities, nice and clean.

Easy access to anything shopping, dining out and quiet safe area. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful and most of all the cleanliness of the hotel is my favourite part. Definitely coming back soon. Thanks Americana!

We stayed in a room with two queen beds and a bunk bed. The room was very clean! I felt very comfortable. My boys stayed in the bunk beds that had a little tv and separate space and this was lovely. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
