Hygie Pod Hotel - Hostel

Bruyant, pas autant d'intimité que sur les photos (pas de portes pour les pods, mais plutôt des toiles). Les gens se promènent avec leurs bottes dans le dortoir et les salles de bain donc pas très propre. Mes draps étaient tachés et la propreté dans ma pod laissait à désirer (il y avait des petites mouches). Bref, je n'y retournerai pas.

Je ne recommande pas!!! Endroit, qui avait un bon potentiel, mais arrivé sur les lieux, l'odeur de malpropreté des gens m'a sauté au nez. Le comis nous montre le podz en donnant les codes, mais oublié de nous donner la clé des casier. Je vérifie qu'il aille bien une serrure pour dormir en sécurité et il y en a une. Je continue ma jour et en soirée, je m'installe du mieux que je peux et découvre qu'ils ont installé des barre de fer pour que les portes des capsules ne se ferme pas. De plus, la salle de bain était dégeullasse!!! 1 salle d'eau pour tout le monde avec 1 tapis foncé et 1 serviette pour tous. Horiblement malpropre. J'avais réservé un lit double et il n'y avait qu'un seule oreillé. J'ai repris mes affaires et je me suis trouvé une autre hotel!

This property is an absolute scam. The pods are absolutely horrible and smell like a wet dog. The pods aren’t soundproof and the doors are all broken while attempting to be masked with a badly cut out piece of fabric instead. No lockers are inside the pods as advertised, instead it’s broken lockers outside the pods which were already all used (you also needed your own lock). The property was apparently under construction which meant no kitchen or pool table. Overall this place is definitely not worth the money!

Good stay

Faites vous une faveur, N'Y ALLEZ PAS! Ce n'est rien d'autre qu'une MAUVAISE auberge de jeunesse à PRIX FORT. La description est extrêmement mensongère et trompeuse. Les draps sont tachés, sentent la sueur et les pieds, et vous accueillent avec beaucoup de cheveux épars. En sus des odeurs, le bruit de vos "colocataires" fait certainement partie du charme de ce trou à rats. Les toilettes sont sales, il faudra faire des squats... La douche est pour ainsi dire inutilisable: l'eau prend environ 10 minutes pour chauffer, et il n'y a aucune pression, juste un filet d'eau. Évidemment, aucune serviette n'est fournie... Hormis les WC et la soi-disant salle de bains, les parties communes sont en travaux depuis de nombreux mois, alors oubliez la cuisine et tout le beau descriptif associé... À FUIR!!!

No hot water, underground rooms with no window, a dog was sleeping in the room. More like a homeless shelter.

It's fine

I stayed here for one night and was told upon arrival that the payment I made on the website had not been received by the hotel. As a result, I was asked to pay again at the hotel. Despite my concerns about a duplicate payment, I was assured that a refund would be provided. However, it has now been over two months, and I have yet to receive the refund. I called the hotel directly to follow up, and while they acknowledged the issue and confirmed that a refund would be issued, no progress has been made. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel and will not be returning.

Super basic micro room hostal, zero services, shared bathroom, kind of shabby building in a cinstruction zone. The only thing i liked was the location.

The pods could use some extra cleaning as there was a hand print on the stainless panel inside and some dirty substance on the roof upon arrival. There is only 1 toilet and shower to share between everyone else staying there which didn’t seem to be an issue on our stay but the shower requires attention and was hanging off the wall

The room is a cage not a room. Security is a concern. I was totally disappointed.

Don’t stay in the pods. We booked a pod for 3 nights and only stayed one. The lock to my pod was broken, the door came off the track, there was a blood stain on the duvet, there’s only one bathroom for all the pods and it’s not very clean. There’s no towels, including hand towels in the bathroom. Theres also no air flow at all in the pods, no fan or anything. There’s barely anything in the kitchen. There is a number you can text ‘if you need anything’ that I texted 4 times without answer, and when I told the staff we wanted to leave early there wasn’t any question about it, no how can we improve things for you, nothing. The place is not well maintained, and there’s obvious water damage to the floor. Just because it’s cheap doesn’t mean they shouldn’t care.

Établissement sale, sans fenêtres. 1 toilette et une cabine de douche pour toute l’auberge. La douche est cassée et sale et il n’y a pas d’eau chaude. Bien placé dans le vieux Montreal mais il vaut mieux marcher un peu plus que de choisir cet établissement…

There are no towels when you shower and the shower smelled like cigarette smoke. We had to be switched into 4 different pods due to them being dirty. The pods are super noisy at night, we could hear every time the person above us moved and it was hard to sleep. No air flow in the pods either. Staff was super nice and kind, they were the highlight. But this would not be good for more than a few hours of rest.

It could have been great (you can't beat location, it's amazing) except the pod we were assigned didn't have A/C so we had to open the door of the pod and have everybody walk past by us at all times... the cleanliness was not the best, floors were sticky and there was a dirty feet smell that was only masked with aerosol sprays...they only have 1 bathroom and 1 shower and the kktchen area is kinda nasty too.... also there was a young couple that was getting it on all night until we had to shush them because the girls growns were getting louder and louder by the second... so if you are willing to overlook that then this is the place for you

I wish I could give this hotel zero stars. The pod rooms are dirty, have zero ventilation, zero voice cancelation, were so hot and small. We couldn’t breathe inside!! They charge for basic toiletries, towels etc. The front desk- Zero communication skills Not at all recommended!
