The staff, expecially the restaurant staff, were so good to us. The buffet meals were abundant and excellent. My wife and I were there for New Year 2025 celebration and were blown away by the dinner that was presented. The wait staff and cooks worked until 3am and were back in the restaurant to present breakfast at 6:30am.

Resort muito legal, mas relativamente mal localizado. esta no final da costa. Possui uma praianha muito bonita e meio que privada, o que é um ponto positivo.
Quarto bom, e limpo. Alimentação do all inclusive boa para otima.
Estrutura razoavel, piscina nao muito grande e sem muito cuidado.
A experiencia foi boa. Mas entre ele e o outro resort que visitei na mesma viagem, prefiro o outro (Arena Blanca).

Quarto bom, e limpo. Alimentação do all inclusive boa para otima.

Good ocean view, nice pool, not too bad gym, nice staff with nice attitude.
Property owners need to invest in the property structure if planned to withstand for coming years.
As an all inclusive resort drinks are served cheap buffet offers variety but not best quality.The view from the waterfront of the hotel compensates for whatever not so good staff.
We have to consider the resort is not located in Ibiza, is located in a kind of rural island in the Colombian Caribbean do not to be do picky.

This hotel is in the coast, I know is hard to kept clean and dry. In the restroom the water pressure in shower was very low. The AC was making loud noises.

I had no problem due to this facility or staff at Decameron Maryland my problem is with Expedia.com that changed my reservation that I had made for Decameron Mar Azul from April 16-2019 and it was no possible to resolve this situation upon my arrival in San Andrés because de poor internet service at hotel and a poor customer service at Expedia.com
I feel scammed!

Hotel antigo, bem localizado, atendentes prestativos, porém quarto regular, banheiro sem box (cortinas de plastico que não vedavam bem), área da piscina em reforma perdendo boa parte do entretenimento, porém compensado com a possibilidade de utilizar as instalações dos outros hoteis da rede o que foi muito legal. Demora na execução do check in (ficamos mais de hora aguardando a liberação do quarto). Pelo preço da diária os serviços de cofre e WiFi não deveriam ser cobrados a parte.

Hotel é antigo mas limpo. Nao tem wifi gratis. Piscina estava em reforma. So vale a pena pois é mais barato que os outros decamerons e pode usa-los. Praia do hotel nao é das melhores pois é brava e tem pedras.

El hotel es viejo y pequeño. Los productos no son de primera calidad. En el bar es difícil encontrar algún licor de marca reconocida.
Solo cuenta con un restaurante que sirve lo básico, es buffet pero sin gran variedad. Hay mejores hoteles en la Isla o más baratos.
Si quieren un verdadero All Inclusive de nivel internacional, solo el Decamerón Isleño cumple con los requisitos.
