The hotel was an oasis, and we felt very much at home. The people at the hotel all greated us with "Welcome home" The people working at the hotel were nice, and we experienced that tipping was extremely hard to do - when we were ready to give tip for a service, the person we wanted to tip was already gone... Seemed as if nobody wanted to advocate for any tips. The hotel was very nice, the buffets had a big variation, and each night we were welcomed with different themes at the evening buffet. The pools were also nice. When we arrived we were told that they had a full hotel, with only the rooms that were being renovated empty - but during our stay we felt it like there were not thay many people at the hotel, there weren't any places that felt crowded, or anything...
