Not good. No AC. Top floor unit was about 85F when we arrived. Shower was so tiny, my husband literally could barely fit. Listing stated there was a balcony, there was not. The only positive was the location was very nice.

Comfortable size, good location

We had a really comfortable stay (2 adults and 2 children), clean and modern interior, well equipped kitchen, so close to transport and restaurants. Great to have access to a washing machine too. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice apartment in an excellent location.

Originally, having never been to London, we had booked something clear across town near Borough Market. So last minute we changed over to Sloane Square, which appeared much closer to most of the places we wanted to visit. Very glad that we did! It could not have been easier to get to the underground, and the neighborhood is fabulous! It was nice to stay in a less touristed neighborhood and be able to watch the parents walk their children to school, see everyday folks make their way to and from work, and have many options for dining nearby. The suite itself was immense! We only had three nights there, but could have stayed longer. It was clean and upgraded, and one could easily cook a meal there. There was a king bed in the main area which we used for daytime naps, and a queen bed in the back that was away from the main street and much quieter, which was great for normal sleep. Overall we'd love to come back and stay for a few weeks, as our trip was so short, and there's so much to see!

A great location and fabulous neighborhood!

Absolutely loved this property. Great location. My room, which was a studio, was great for me. Absolutely spotless. Great utensils coffee maker, etc. The hosts were wonderful. Would absolutely stay there again.

It’s a beautiful, upscale, safe neighborhood. The property seems well maintained and the communication with the team through What’s App was great! (Before we arrived, they asked us to get in touch with them that way and found them to be very responsive.) we did stand outside the building for 10 mins trying to get ahold of someone to let us in. The reception happened to be on break and couldn’t hear the bell. Through What’s App though, they passed the message along. Our apartment was very clean, simple, and comfortable. Dennis, the property manager, I believe was very kind and helpful. However there were a few small things that we thought were noteworthy- 1. The bathtub shower was uncomfortably high for my 70-yr-old mother. 2. There is one comforter on each bed. Without top sheet, thin blanket, or fan, it made for disruptive sleep even in early March. 3. The small washer/dryer combo took over 7 hours. We only had time to do one load. Our biggest issue was that we did not see the single bullet point in the list of amenities in the hotels.com app- “no elevator.” We did read reviews and the floor plan that indicated there WAS an elevator. Thank goodness Dennis was kind enough to carry our heavy luggage up and down, but it was ROUGH to climb 5 flights after long days of walking, especially for our seniors!

Very nice. Love the location, quiet, feels safe, yet superclose to Sloane Squares all communications. Furnitures fresh, but one chair and theq owen broken. Supercomfy beds. I don’t want to live anywhere else on my London-trips, this is an absolute favourite! The whole familj loved it.

This is one of 10 apartments in a Victorian row house in the affluent neighborhood of Sloane Square, Chelsea. It is clean, comfortable and relatively quiet. The underground is a stone's throw away. The neighborhood is the supreme asset of this property. It is a one bedroom flat with a kitchenette and small WC/bathroom. The helpful concierge sits in the front hall of the building and is available 9 am - 5 pm daily. There is a lift.

Great location next to Sloane Square tube -easy access to all London sites. lots of food options within 5-10 min walk. great to have small kitchen and washer/dryer with young family. MGT live in building and very helpful. will stay again on next trip.

Great place to stay in London. Convenient and right next to the Sloane Square underground. Safe and quiet neighborhood.
