Sehr gute lage des Hotel. Mindest Ausstattung. Badezimmer etwas dreckig. Fernsehen ohne Funktion.

The room had no heating and was cold. A friendly guy on reception tried to help, but had already given the only heater to another guest.

I wish I can give this a hotel something in the minus. Not sure how this hotel is running it needs to be shut down! If it wasn’t for the fact every other hotel had no availability I wouldn’t have stayed here no lift had to carry our suitcases up more than 10 flights of stairs the guy Hamad was lazy and didn’t want to help us there’s no one at reception it looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in 10 years it stinks the water doesn’t run well and when it does it is boiling boiling hot, there was spiders all in the room it was dusty the beds were knackered the floors were squeaky it’s like the Cecil hotel if not worse PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE the reviews are true don’t waste your money! There’s no room service no one makes your bed you’re not given fresh towels unroll after 3 nights of stay otherwise they charge you £5

Good location, friendly reception. Room No.2 Ground Floor. Bathroom clean and adequate. Bedroom clean but requires a major refurb, the bed mattress was very poor and uncomfortable. We needed a hotel on a budget this was just about ok.

La propiedad es bonita, el cuarto amplio pero muy humedo en las habitaciones del sótano. Habían cubetas recibiendo el agua. No lo recomiendo

This establishment is close to everything, especially the train station, accessible to everything, like restaurant and grocery you won't be hassled. Good to stay here.

Hôtel horrible à fuir. Nous sommes arrivés, l’entrée sale, des cafards dans le halle, l'accueil très désagréable. Hygiène plus que négligée. Nous avons fuit, nous n’avons même pas séjourné à cet hôtel nous somme parti ailleurs

Absolutely disgusting. Cockroaches on the bed when we arrived. The bed was stained yellow and rubbish all over floor. It felt like the whole hotel was leaning to one side when we walked up the stairs and everywhere was dusty and dirty. It was so bad we checked back out as i didnt want to sleep somewhere with cockroaches on the bed. They called but refused any form of refundeven though the hotel was clearly not fit for purpose. I will be reporting to environmental health as they completely ignore any complaint.

Stod ikke til forventningene. Møkkete, veldig møkkete, ingen bord, kun seng og en stol på rommet.

Disgraceful place. No working TV no alternative rooms, dusty and dirty and then we discovered bed bugs. They won’t give a refund even though we left the hotel and are now an extra £250 out of pocket because we had to book another hotel instead of staying in an infested dirty room. No refund due to not making a member of staff aware… it’s a self serve hotel. DO NO STAY HERE YOU’LL REGRET IT.

Kamer op de 5e verdieping... aan de straat kant. behoorlijke work-out met al die trappen omhoog. Als de zon schijnt is de kamer (zolder) snel veel te warm. Locatie prima, dichtbij underground Earls Court

Don't go to this hotel! It's crap. I called the hotel in advance for 2 days and said that I am very sensitive to dust and that the room must be very clean.... I enter the hotel door and the first thing I see is dust... In my head I think that no they should get an honest chance. I step into the room and it was a nightmare. DON'T GO THERE PLEASE. The room was just dust and the bed was full of bacteria. The toilet was like a crime scene

The walls are painted in Black. No staff to ask. The door locks got jammed and cannot call anyone. Scary in terms of an emergency..

Nothing was good except for the hotel's location! They expected me to go through the 5-day stay with just one towel and one roll of toilet paper. There was no heating, and they never took anything we said seriously. They just sold the room and disappeared.

Great location right next to Earls Court Station. Only negative is it's 5 stories with no elevator. Staff member was super helpful.

Well, where to start!! Windows didn’t lock, it had toilet paper stuck in between the windows to keep them shut. The shower was broken and dirty, the carpet was dirty and stained. The room had been painted black to hide the condition, everything light or socket wise had black paint. Worst hotel I’ve stayed in during the last 20 years?

The ‘deluxe’ rooms were not that at all! There was dust on the bed and floor from a new curtain pole being put up. Saints on the carrier and walls. The shower was blocked when used. Tap on the sink was very loose like the toilet seat. The mattresses might as well have been non existent and constant people up and down the stairs and rooms was not a good nights sleep! Appalling entrance as the keypad did not like the code given and therefore not able to get in my room for 35 mins.
