a very clean hotel with friendly staff and at a very good price

Comfortable hotel, good breakfast (included in price). Good location for exploring Thanet and Canterbury. Very friendly, helpful staff. Good value.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location. Ample car parking space which was free. Closer to amenities and main road. Comfortable bed. Clean room. But no electric car charging facilities- at least a trickle charging via 3 pin socket would have been useful.

Just what we need excellent

Not as good as other Holiday Inns. Surprisingly no biscuits in the room. Breakfast very average. No mushrooms, had to wait for more bread for toast. Underwhelming

Friendly and efficient staff Clean and had everything we needed for an overnight stay.

The stay was fine--good rooms, good beds. The problem was the hotel having no record of our reservations when we arrived to check in--not under either of our names, nor under Hotels.com. Fortunately, they were able to provide rooms--the front desk was terrific. Since I had received a confirmation from you when I made the reservation (which I was able to show the front desk people, so they believed me!) this was all an unfortunate surprise, and clearly would have been much worse if they hadn't had rooms available.

Stay was wonderful, close to the highway, i was there with my wife and sister, comfortable rooms, close to community amenities like supermarket, eateries, Fuel station and so on. Breakfast was top notch. We loved our stay. Dinning staffs were amazing.

Friendly staff they recommended places to visit and good restaurants to try. Room was very good, very clean too! If the weather had been better it would have been a great trip.

Very clean and comfortable

Pleasant stay at good location to Seema y Thanet attractions. Hotel well maintained, helpful staff. Room bit noisy not unexpected being on busy four-way roundabout. Only low note was in room next to cleaning staff office so quite noisy from 8.30am. Good plentiful breakfast in price a bonus.

Breakfast was good staff very good was moved from first room given as there was dried poo on bathroom floor by toilet that hadn’t been cleaned properly
