Holiday Inn London - Shepperton, an IHG Hotel

It is clean but the food it’s terrible and if you travel by car and you park in they’re car park they’ll send you a fine after a week even if you oay for the car park at the reception

Nice hotel. However guests over the corridor were partying loudly until the early hours. The staff dealt with it eventually.

It was too cold, please fix this issue.

It was quiet and a pretty scenic location just a bit inaccessible without a car

I was ahead of the queue so did not have to wait long but 1 person on check in peak time and a lot of people at the back of me. Got to the room no sofa bed made up for our some no bedding rang house keeping and reception twice no answer . After an hour I went down to see them yes I will sort said the beleaguered receptionist , he did not an hour later after multiple calls house keeping answered . “Are you in a hurry because we have only one team member on and a lot of will to do hotels full. .” No it’s ok we will go eat and you can access the room” An hour later not done , approaching 9.30 it was done all fine. Meal was better than last year same event , breakfast was great usual holiday inn style.

Not the best stay, long wait for food when others were served before me. Same glass used when ordering fresh despite asking for fresh!. Room - inter joining room heard my neighbour snoring all night, not good. After my morning shower I had to mop the floor as the as the rubber on the glass screen had failed. I’m sorry to say I won’t return.

Room TV kept going back to standby mode, so moved to another room. had dinner in bar area, had to wait a long time for meal. also was auto charged 10% gratuity on top of meal ! not happy with this.

Excellent accommodations, modern decor, clean, great ammenities, great breakfast and service, and perfect location for us. ALL the staff we dealt with were amazing.

Hotel communal areas are nice. Rooms a bit tatty in places. Sofa bed not made up for children on arrival. Weren't told to register our car on checking in as it was written on the form but told when checking out we should have entered it on the screen when we arrived so we'll get a fine and that we should have read the parking sign small print when we arrived? Apparently we can have the fine annulled. Breakfast and dinner gokd with great service.

I got a steak with sauce for just over £32 and was of a low standard and the put up bed was no good for teenagers

Nice and Clean

One night stay with family, friendly staff, huge food portions. Booked for the pool and did not disappoint.

Loved it, it is decorated beautifully andbour suit was so gorgeous. The only thing i would say is the network for youtube onTv was was not working so well which i think was due to the network. but thats not a major issue. everything else was so lovely and would love to come back for Christmas :)
