Convenient stay close to workplace and main stations

The carpet was too dusty and untidy. It is very bad room for this price , but found great hotel in two minutes walk distance at perfect condition at the similar price. Felt unfortunate that I saw the good hotel nearby only after vacating from Leigh and at the end of my trip. The toilet wash basin was broken and looks filthy. Even there is no phone available to contact the reception,.had to come down to reception if we have any questions and couldn't even find the receptionist there when I went to give my key back.

Very tidy and the hotel is convenienet for the City and main train stations

Everything was perfectly fine. I stayed for 3 nights and no one ever came to clean or straighten my room, replace towels, etc., but otherwise, everything was OK. The staff at the front desk were particularly nice.

Staff very friendly and accommodating. Gave us a ground floor room after an accident effecting mobility . Great position close to train , bus and underground. Lots of dinning options and takeaways in walking distance. Entrance hall needs upgrading , needs new carpet but our room was fine . Don’t be put off by first appearances.

Chambre, sdb privée, draps, serviettes tres propres. Réception 24h/24. Tres bien placé , au calme devant un petit parc ,entre la gare St Pancras et Soho, tres pratique avec petits restos ouverts tots et tard dans les 2 rues attenantes .

Acceptabelt er et godt ord, og rengøringen var også ok, men jeg har aldrig før oplevet så klamt et gulvtæppe (både gang/trappe og værelse)😂 Personalet var ok, men selve indmaden af hotellet var i ekstremt dårlig stand - slidt, sjusket renoveret og beskidt. Bruseren flød over hver gang, og vi måtte bruge håndklæder til at stoppe pytten. London er dyr, men vi fik hvad vi betalte for.

The room was disgusting. It looked like it had never been cleaned! There was thick dust and cobwebs everywhere, the only clean thing was the bed. We couldn’t use the fan in the basement room as it looked like it had never been cleaned the blinds didn’t work so we couldn’t see out the window there was thick dust on the lights and the wardrobe and cobwebs underneath. Honestly one of the worst places I’ve stayed at the attitude of the guy at reception when I went a complained was awful.. when I said to him about to room he said it has only been cleaned by him 2 days ago ( looked more like 2 months) and what did I want him to do about it and that he could give me a refund, I asked if there was any other rooms as we wouldn’t have had any where else to go this last minute he replied there all the same. He sent a lady to come clean our room again she was very nice, however the room needed more than a wipe down it needed a deep clean! As someone who had worked in a few previous hotels as a house keeper I was shocked at how they could give someone an unfinished room caked in dust! I will never be going back here again as we felt so uncomfortable in this room.

The hotel is clean and provide basic needs in a great location. Good place to stay for work and the staff are efficient.

Room small and very, very basic. As a single guest I just about managed. A couple would struggle!!

Was a bit noisy in the morning

À part la bonne localisation, le restant des prestations laissent a désirer. Lit très inconfortables, chambre très vétuste et insonorisés et non isolés. Très cher pour la qualité fournie, en comparaison avec des logements au prix similaire.

The room was very small , not big enough for 1 person let alone 2 people, room view was non existent , window looked out onto a black wall and a load of pigeons, which kept me awake for most of the few nights that i had stayed there.There had been a small fire in the hotel kitchen on the morning of my first stay so on checking in there was a smell of what smelled like burnt plastic .

They staff were amazing and helpful

Hotel was fairly decent, levels of cleanliness were very good I found. Perfect for what I needed and centrally located, is the hotel an 5*, no, but it is ideal and well positioned providing a comfortable and clean stay for the night. I would recommend

As I entered room 4 next to reception, the pungent smell of air freshener/shake and Vax hits you. The heat was on maximum on the radiator. I had to air out the room whilst I went out. I moved the cheap gel air fresheners in to the bathroom to help mute the smell. Shower cubicle leaked so the floor next to the toilet got wet. Sealent around fixtures needs removing and resealing. The dust on top of the wardrobe was thick as well as the ledge above the bathroom. Bed was firm but comfortable

Very nice clean room. Front desk reception was great. 10 minute walk from the main train station. Nice area to walk around.
