Checkin was very good even got our bags carried to our room by a very polite staff member but Breakfast service was rather slow especially waiting 15 minutes for a coffee despite the place not being busy and very unfortunate that a guest was on the phone speaking very loudly spoiling the ambience of the hotel
The spa was extremely good but needs pre booking before you arrive

The staff were amazing. Very accomadating after arriving on an overnight flight and a couple of hour drive to reach the hotel. Thank you sooo much.

I had booked to stay in the hotel but although paying to stay in the hotel we were declined use of the spa as it was already full and no slots available. I didn’t expect to get treatments but at least use the sauna and pool.

The hotel was nice but really disappointed with the amount we spent on this. The spa was not open even though this was the reason for visiting, the heating did not work due to the boiler not working and the breakfast was cold, missing items listed and was not great.

We had an issue with our stay and emailed but never got a response. Their customer service is terrible. Expect to be made to feel like a burden for attempting to use the facilities. You'll be bombarded with booking enquiries when you arrive - dinner, breakfast, spa and then be told everything is fully booked anyway. Using the pool costs extra and it's by the hour! I'm not sure why they say they are family friendly, children under 4 can't use the pool at any time.

Beautiful hotel and grounds with amazing staff and service. The pool and spa area was lovely. We dined in the restaurant and it was a fabulous experience. Breakfast was wonderful too. I hope to visit again soon.

Lovely hotel, beautiful gardens. Spa was excellent, had a Mediterranean rock massage which I'd recommend. Breakfast was brilliant and overall service superb. Only downside was the bathroom in my room, probably needing upgraded in the next couple of years although that's me trying to be constructive. Well worth the money and would 100% stay there again when in the area.

We had a lovely time. All the hotel staff were very friemy and professional, from receptionists, waiters and housekeeping. They gave us an early check-in and late check-out at no extra cost. The grounds were spacious and nice to walk around. The spa area was top class, indoor and outdoor. We loved our stay. We would definitely stay there again.

A really lovely 1920s mansion converted to a first class hotel. The food, service and dining room were top class but let down by the poor selection of mediocre wines. The local pinot noire was close to undrinkable but to their credit the staff changed it graciously. I recommend the hotel highly.
