Bar ok. Room was a bit spartan. Lino on the floors, no carpet. A noisy extractor fan that keeps you awake. Good location close to the sailing academy.

Dyrt i forhold til hvad man får for pengene. Beskidt på værelset, ikke særlig god morgenmad og elendige parkeringsforhold. Alt - alt - for få pladser tilknyttet hotellet. P vagter tjekker alle ugens syv dage. Måske kan man få en plads, men så skal der betales.

Excellent breakfast, room was spotless. Team friendly and helpful

Room was clean but basic. Not much to do in the immediate area but handy for the sea. Breakfast was available if a bit ramshackle as not adequately monitored to ensure there was sufficient food. Had to ask for them to replenish coffee and hot food.

Staff were very amiable and courteous. My case was Carried up to My room . Which was then and changed to the lower Floor as the Syairs were too much for Me . This was My second visit and would definately recommend. I will be back around the end of the year.

Basic hotel, Clean, welcoming, but sadly the restaurant was closed due to staff shortages. Breakfast good staff helpful. Very well located for access to the dockyard/port. Parking easy.

Overall a nice stay, there could be some improvements but good value for stay. Ideal for short stays

No view at all from our room ,no food other than breakfast which was average at best ,short on staff ,area had limited facilities ,but manager was very helpfull & did all he could to make our stay as good as he could

Staff shortages meant cafe and bar were not open. Staff that were there were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was good with a full buffet.

Hotel is in a secluded location but is quiet and easy to get to free parking with limited spaces. Lots of activities nearby and places to visit. The hotel exterior looks old but the interior is all modern the room seem to be newly modernised although the beds are are soft and bouncy. Service was ok there is a really cute receptionist. Install a carbon monoxide alarm in there is a kettle in the room with tea and coffee but no biscuits. The shower is a beard too cumbersome to use the water didn't appear to get too hot. Breakfast was a full English but disappointing to see there was no pastries or cakes.

The stay was nice The breakfast needs more variety as it was buffet, no choice of eggs only scrambled No offer of porridge. Staff need to interact with the guests more Not much heat from the radiator even tho it was on full

The hotel location was a little farther out from Weymouth than I had envisaged, and getting caught in rush hour driving along Chesil Beach didnt help. The hotel itself was clean and generally well maintained. The room was very spacious, having 2 single and a king size bed in it. The room had huge windows which made the room very light which was nice. I would personally have found a chair to be useful rather than just having to sit on a bed to watch tv or use my laptop. Lots of drawer space and an open hanging rail for clothes. The bathroom was a decent size and the shower very large, but the bathroom did have a strange damp odour too it. I was expecting a larger car park but found a space on the road outside which was lucky. Breakfast was alright ...it was a pretty basic buffet affair. 3 cereals, toast, some fruit and a full english breakfast buffet although it lacked fried egg, tomatoes, mushrooms, fried bread, and black pudding...I understand it is hard for smaller hotels to cater for everyone but out of that I would have expected a fried egg option along with the scrambled provided. The staff I encountered were friendly and helpful I still think it was a very good place to stay all in all

Friendly staff, good value, clean room and good location for exploring Portland (we used it as starting point for Portland section of South West Coast Path which passes nearby). Local area seems a little run down but not enough to have an impact on our stay.

Great little hotel under new ownership. The new team are working really hard to deliver excellent service.

Lovely stay here with my children. The hotel is in a lovely spot and is very clean and modern throughout. Room very spacious with great views over the sea. Cant wait to return
