We celebrated my wife’s birthday, and had a thoroughly enjoyable time, we loved the facilities and the service offered by all staff
The reading room was so relaxing and not very busy which meant it was somewhere really nice to chill out
We only had one very minor complaint, and that was the shower fell and the conditioner, they’re in captive receptacles (like a Travel Lodge) in lieu of individual bottles, which for a hotel room of this standard and price we felt that this was not commensurate fir a 5 star hotel.
Other than this we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for you! Fab location with a 4 minute walk to Covent Garden and easy reach to theatres.

Had a wonderful time with everything. The bell service and Eli were great from the moment we arrived and everything else fell into place. The room service group and breakfast group were fantastic. Thanks to all of them.

Staff are amazing! Rooms and spa was immaculate. The only issue we had was that we couldn’t get hot water, I know they are thermostatically controlled but the temperature was Luke warm at best . This however didn’t spoil the experience.

A most enjoyable first time staying at the Savoy Hotel.
Couldn't fault it for cleanliness and the staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.
We dined in the Savoy grill and the riverside restaurant of which both were faultless and the food was wonderful

The savoy is just the best. A little disappointed that I couldn’t get a drink on Sunday evening after 9.30pm without buying a meal.

It was absolutely stunning, don’t have one complain. First class hotel. Best high tea I ever had. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms are very very clean. It’s what I kind of expected and it was even better. My husband and daughter just had high tea there tonight! They loved it!!!

Great hotel. Excellent staff. Great breakfast including a fabulous vegan breakfast. Usually stay at Sofitel St James but this location near Covent Garden was terrific
