Great location. A bit difficult to drive to the hotel. Better use map and following hotel sign. Don't 100% trust GPS.
We love this hotel. It was clean and comfort. Car park entrance is narrow but not a big problem as people mentioned.
We spent one night here and wished to stay longer. Rouen is lovely town.

Great location. Convenient parking , if abit tight for a ford galaxy. Lovely staff. Food in restaurant very good. Only one poor chap trying to do everything so long waits, but he was working very hard!!

so the parking is not free, you pay €18 per day, and it is who arrives first, and even more recently you can pay and not find a parking space. pay attention, the city has a restaurant program with a break, i.e. a morning and an evening program, many close at 8 pm

毎年宿泊します。部屋も綺麗でスペースも十分な広さ、バスタブがだいたい付いてます。

The location is lovely- set in a pedestrian zone right next to the cathedral. Lots of shops and eateries all around. It was very clean and quiet. The staff was professional, helpful and pleasant. A great stoop!

Very convinient for visiting the old centre and cathedral. Plenty wateringholes nearby offering a variety of good food. A bit of a puzzle to get to the hotel by car, but I blame my navigation system (or the person who entered the coordinates...)😉

Sehr nettes Hotel im Zentrum von Rouen. Sehr gutes Frühstück! Gut geschlafen. Das Parkhaus ist für Fahrzeuge mit 2m Höhe nicht anfahrbar. Aber es gibt eine gute Möglichkeit in fußläufiger Nähe. Das Service-Personal des Hotels war hier sehr freundlich und hilfreich.

Lovely hotel in the heart of the historical part of Rouen. Very walkable. Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was excellent. Parking is somewhat difficult. We had a van which did not fit in their underground parking. Be prepared to drive around to find a parking spot.
