Accueil incroyable aussi bien le jour que la nuit… grande flexibilité notamment dans le nettoyage de la chambre et nettoyage très attentionné (merci d avoir plié mon écharpe, c est super sympa !!! )

Die Zimmer sind groß und geräumig. Leider war das Badezimmer sehr kalt, da dort keine Heizung vorhanden war, das machte das Duschen ungemütlich.
Die Lage des Hotels ist super, eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Eingang und zu Fuß nur 10 min bis zur Innenstadt.

We were meeting at this hotel before a bike and barge trip. When I tried to make taxi arrangements to get to the barge the desk person did not speak english and could not help. We ended up cobbling things together with uber and another desk person who came later that ordered a taxi. It was disappointing.

Stay was good. Very disappointed that morning desk person did not speak English and would not help us get taxis to our destination. 19 of us stayed there and had difficulty getting to our next destination. Also would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room.

From the outside it looks grim but inside it's great... the whole place has obviously been renovated and our room was really well designed. The breakfast was 'ok'. It's one of the few hotels with in house parking (although it's a very narrow entrance) and so, for the price, very much recommended.

Hotal: Accés au parking difficile (passage trop étroit) et places très petites. A déconseiller.
Chambre de très petite taille. Pas de possibilité d'ouvrir la fenêtre car elle donne sur la rue.
Nancy: très jolie ville.
Opinion globale: hébergement moyen. Personnel très accueillant.

It was nice area that was close to the city center and also the old town. The only thing I wish they had was a small fridge for food but overall a nice stay.
