Excellent location, really spacious rooms, indoor car park, kids play area just around the corner, very central and really nice pool. They are dog friendly as well. We had such a lovely experience here. Thank you

Bel hotel bien situé au coeur de Metz
Y accéder en voiture est digne d'un jeu de circuit pas fléché et d'énigme, absence de panneau dans la ville
Quand on arrive au parking, c'est de même pour y accéder
Cet hôtel a des signes de vieillissement comme la banquette en mauvais état dans le restaurant, voir photo
c'est vraiment car
sans ces signes de vieillissement et un acc_
Le repas au restaurant est dans un bon rapport qualité-prix
et très agréable.

It is a hotel well located in the center of Metz. Staff is very kind and helpful.
On the negative side, lifts in this hotel are really slow. You may have to wait 5 min to get your lift. No air con in the reception. Room is a bit old and needs to be refurbished.

Sejour tres agréable. Accueil au top. Bien que la chambre soit tres confortable elle mériterait peut etre une modernisation. Restaurant de l'hôtel vraiment top , on y mange tres bien!

Chambre très spacieuse avec tout le confort possible, très propre, le petit déjeuner est très copieux il y a de tout, sucré comme salé, l'hôtel intérieur est très grand, la réception est très sympathique et à l'écoute des besoins, piscine au top. Rien a dire vraiment un hôtel où je reviendrai car rien a redire. Parfait.

I would say that the hotel is more suitable for a business clientele. The location was central, easy to access and close to all historical sites (therefore very convenient). The inside of the hotel was clean and attractive but the outside was a 1970s concrete jungle of a mess. Staff were not too knowledgeable and clearly did not really know their own city - they were no tourist information center - but they were friendly and courteous.

We really loved our stay here, extremely comfortable and great facilities for families! However, the presence of security guards with alsatians was a bit worrying. It didn’t feel unsafe per se, however the fact that security with dogs was needed made it feel like there might be trouble! The breakfast was good, although the bacon wasn’t properly cooked. Great selection of continental items.
