Hotel Arctic

Let me start by saying this is an excellent property. I stayed in a cabin with an excellent view of the harbor and the skies. Upon arrival for the first time, i was unsure of where to go and it was windy and -8 degrees Celsius. Told to go outside and follow the wooden path (about 100 meters) finallt made it, but would have appreciated some assistance as the path was covered in ice and snow. Restaurant was very good and the prices reasonable for ilulissat. Service was good. The last complaint i have is there was no water in the cabin my last day so no shower. All-in all, it was a good stay but not 5 stars. I would stay here again if was to come to ilulissat again. Or maybe try Hotel Ilulissat.

I had an amazing stay. I splurged on the room, and it didnt disappoint at all.

I have tried four times now to tell you that I tried to cancel this reservation through Hotels.com and with the Hotel Arctic. Our flight to Greenland was cancelled and we are not scheduled to get there until midnight tonight. This is all out of our control because Icelandair just cancelled with no clear explanation.

Havde booket panorama cabins. Fantastisk udsigt men meget lille badeværelse og ingen plads til at pakke sit tøj ud. Ikke de ekstra penge værd i fht et andet værelse.

Struttura carina un po’ fuori mano. Non all’altezza di 4 stelle. Abbiamo dormito 5 notti e non hanno mai cambiato le lenzuola e la pulizia delle camere era un po’ sommaria

Et fantastisk hotel - godt beliggende - flot udsigt. Fine værelser Glemte dog rengøringen nogle dage/gjorde ikke ordentlig rent

Das Restaurant ist nicht sehr ansprechend. Trotzdem ist der Ausblick auf den Gletscher weltweit einmalig und sensationell.

Hotel Arctic is perched on a cliff overlooking Disko Bay. The views and stunning and staff was unbelievably accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The best part was the restaurant. Had one of the best meals of me life with fresh salmon and reindeer. My only negative was the other guests at the hotel - they were quite rude and once they realized I could not speak Danish they openly insulted me (unfortunate for them because I can understand it). I’m not sure if it was because its a holiday this weekend but I did not enjoy the way they behaved.

Fantastisk kulisse på et rigtig godt hotel.. Vi kommer gerne igen, næste gang vi skal være i Ilulissat :-)

Dejligt ophold på et godt hotel. Savner et større fitness, men ellers godt.

Dejligt hotel med god beliggenhed. Venligt og serviceminded personale. Alt i alt et skønt ophold. Jeg kan klart anbefale Hotel Arctic.
