Reykjavik Natura - Berjaya Iceland Hotels

Very nice hotel! The most beautiful part was the Natura spa. I didn’t rent car and when i asked for shuttle to city center they don’t have and a taxi for 6 min away cost me 25 usd! And bus stops arw not really closed. Food at tje restaurant was good

Unter einem 4 Sterne Hotel verstehe ich etwas anderes. Der Eingangsbereich war sehr schön, genau wie auf den Fotos. Aber das Zimmer, was ich bekommen habe, entsprach einer Abstellkammer. Der Kleiderschrank war kaputt, der Kühlschrank ist aus dem Schrank gefallen beim öffnen und das Bett war eine Zumutung oder schlafen sie gerne in einem Bett, wo man auf vergilbte Matratzen schaut. Es entsprach kaum den Fotos. Nachdem ich die Rezeptionistin gefragt habe, ob es wirklich mein Zimmer ist und sie es mit ja bestätigt habe. Hab ich ihr gesagt, dass das Zimmer nicht dem entspricht, was ich gebucht habe. Ich musste dann für ein anderes Zimmer nochmal 103,63€ bezahlen und sie wollten sogar noch mehr (über 300€). Zudem wurde mir zum Ende mitgeteilt, dass sich die Steuern nochmal erhöht habe und ich diese auch noch bezahlen sollte. Ich hatte extra ein Hotel mit Schwimmbad und Fitness gesucht. Im Hotel habe ich auch erst erfahren, dass ich dafür extra bezahlen muss. Die Fitnessgeräte war schon mehr als abgenutzt und machten schon undefinierte Geräusche. Insgesamt bestand der Fitnessbereich aus 5 Geräten und dort wollte man sich wirklich nicht länger aufhalten.

Great, spacious rooms. Loved the restaurant at the hotel was buffet style with a variety of offerings. Easy parking. In driving distance of lots of activities downtown

Overall the property was great. It was warm. The room we hasld was very spacious. The only issues were having to ask for coffee pods and sugar everyday. Also the room was for 3 but when we arrived it had been set for 2 people only. Overall very good and as we had a car not far from Reykjavik city centre.

Very small rooms, very expensive breakfast with limited options. You have to pay to go into the pool on sight. The hotel itself was clean and within walking distance to many things in town

Like customer service (front desk) and cleanliness. Enjoy location near City Airport. Shower plugs should be routinely unclogged. Some rooms are tired looking and need an update.

Staff very helpful. Food available is great. Location is ideal.

Hotel was warm and comfortable and offered daily turn down service. Nespresso capsules in each room was a nice touch. Only real negative from my point of view was that spa facilities not included for guests.

Lovely stay, room was upgraded for our stay too

My spouse and I stayed two nights at this hotel at the end of a 9-day Iceland road trip and it was the perfect way to end the trip. My spouse was experiencing back pain and sciatica during our trip so we made use of the spa facilities on the lower level to relax and recover. He got a massage and we both used the mineral pools. The spa services were extra but were worth it. I found the Natura hotel to be good value. We paid the same price for much smaller and/or less equipped accommodations elsewhere. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. I was concerned that being right beside the regional airport would be noisy but it wasn't an issue at all. We enjoyed being able to walk into downtown Reykjavik from the hotel. It was about 25-30 mins walking and on a nice, clear day was perfect to get out and stroll around, especially after a long road trip. There are also trails through a park at the Perlan science centre across the street from the hotel. We were fortunate to be able to see the Northern Lights right from the hotel parking lot one night, which was one of our many trip highlights. I definitely recommend the Reykjavik Natura hotel to anyone staying in the city for one or more nights.

It would've been nice to have meals or at least breakfast included during the stay because there is nothing close by to eat without taking public transportation.

We had a lovely and pleasant 5-day stay at Natura.Thanks for the VIP access, we had an early checkin and received food voucher discounts. We also had a festive and fun Christmas at the hotel. Truly memorable!

Adult family vacation taking mother and grandmother to Iceland. Hotel was delightful and was a real treat. Only snag was breakfast and dinner there is incredibly expensive. £25 for breakfast £60 for dinner.
