Fantastic hotel near Mumbai airport with great dining and transportation options. This hotel helped my mom that missed her flight a few months ago in a last-minute booking. Really appreciated that. Booked again for our vacation. Great experience. Some feedback: Room 220 has has a window next to the bathtub that leaks into the main sleeping area. Could have used a few more power outlets or a USB outlet or two. In-hotel dining was delicious. Keep up the great work and service.

Outstanding overall. Professional people and very kind and friendly. Took care of my super senior citizen relative with extreme care. Definitely would come back here without hesitation

주변 호텔 중에는 가성비가 뛰어난 호텔인 것 같습니다
호텔 직원들이 정말 친절했습니다
뭄바이에 갈 일이 있다면 미라지 호텔을 이용할 예정입니다
다만 호텔 픽업이나 공항 드랍오프 비용이 약간비싸긴합니다

It a great value hotel for overnight stay at Mumbai airport
Despite the low price, the hotel was in better shape than I expected.
The manager received us and addressed us personally through out check in
The bell Porter (I forgot the name) who helped us with our luggage was prompt, friendly and professional. Turned up the next day to collect the luggage at the time requested by us during check in.
We had dinner at the hotel restaurant on the night of stay which was good.
I just had two minor issues
We were given just one room key card. Apparently it’s hotel policy. So in the night I left my wife in the room to visit friends and when I turned up at 1 am requesting to be let in the room, the man at the check in gave me a second key card. Bizzare
Hotel Valet arranged a large airport taxi due to size of our luggage @Rs850/- unfortunately all my luggage did not fit so I ordered a similar OLA that arrived promptly for @Rs 186/- to T2 Mumbai
All in all, I will recommend this hotel for overnight stay as the staff is pleasant, ‘no’ is never an answer and everyone goes out of their way to help the customers. Plus it’s 5 mins drive to T2

Very close to the airport and there was many shops and restaurants vlose by. The staff in the hotel restsurant was very polite and nice. The staff in the reception was mor reserved. But for a night or two stsy it's great place.
