Ramee Guestline Hotel Dadar

They gave us the best service and best recommend about the place and direction. Room was so clear. But breakfast was not good and service at restaurant should be improve. BTY if we have a chance we will go back this hotel again.

Very close to train station and taxis. Room was very clean and cleaned every day. Breakfast was good. A number of restaurants in the hotel, we only ate at one, it was superb, obviously higher prices than a lot of Mumbai but the food quality was excellent! The best curry we had in Mumbai and that included The Bombay Brasserie (also very good). Just less than £60 for two excellent dishes, breads, rice, three Moscow mules and five beers😁

Very nice location from public transportation and convenience standpoint. The shopping and dining areas are within walking distance. Very crowded area because of the proximity to Dadar Railway Station and parking is a challenge.

We checked in for a stay of 3 nights. Day 1 were allocated room 505. Since we had checked-in in the evening we did not notice the broken floor tiles and uneven tiles which posed a hazard of tripping. We complained about it next morning and were shifted to room 506 next door. We were out the whole day and when we returned in the evening the room had a very bad smell. We called reception and they sent housekeeping staff to come and spray the room. This was a temporary fix as the smell reappeared later in the night and we again complained about it in the morning and asked one of them to come to the room and have a whiff of the bad smell. They agreed that it was a bad smell so moved us again to 306 this time. This room was ok but the basin tap was very tight and when opening it less would make the water flow onto the benchtop instead of the basin thus making a mess on the benchtop. For 3 nights we had to sleep in different rooms wasting our limited time in packing our bags and moving. The housekeeping needs to up their game. Also the people at the reception need to be sent for retraining as not a single of them greeted you with a smile when passing the area. I would definately not recommend this hotel as they charge premium rates for sub-standard rooms.

Service terrible. Non welcoming staff

The check in and check out process was super slow. The staff did not seem to be prepared for the guests with reservation. The room was not as shown in photos while booking. There were 2 seperate beds while the photos and info while booking showed one king size bed.

We encountered cockroaches in our initial room, which was quite unsettling. After reporting the issue, the hotel staff promptly changed our room. However, the bathroom in the new room was not up to standard—there were black marks all over the bathtub, which indicated a need for better maintenance and upgrades. The breakfast experience was also disappointing. Basic items like tea and cups were not replenished in a timely manner, and I had to request refills, which took some time. For a breakfast service, the staff should be proactive in ensuring that everything is well-stocked so guests don’t have to wait. Overall, the hotel needs to focus on improving cleanliness and service efficiency to provide a better guest experience.

We stayed here for 8 nights, and we were pleased to stay at Ramee. Dadar (albeit crowded) was a convenient location for our vacation, and there was plenty of great food connected to the hotel itself, and across the street. The rooms were good sized, and clean. The service of housekeeping and doormen were particularly nice-- thank you Ram Pal, Nandalal, and Raju.

Great little hotel in Dadar. The staff were very helpful and made me feel welcome. Restaurant Ilili on Level 8 was amazing with brilliant middle eastern food. Breakfast on the ground floor was a little limited, but satisfactory.

Very nice and pleasant experience while staying with Ramee Guestline. The property is located at just a minute walking distance from Dadar railway station, making it extremely comfortable for commuters to travel. Hotel was well maintained and staff who were very helpful. Quality of food was just outstanding and they were extremely cooperative to pack our breakfast as we were supposed to check out at 5:00am in the morning. Anyone looking for an affordable yet quality stay at Dadar, this place is high recommended.

Well maintained property with a great location for easy access to various points in Mumbai. Excellent and very professional staff. Great restaurants in hotel itself offering a wide choice of cuisines.

Ramee Guestline Hotel is a safe location near Dadar Station and nearby Temples. The choices of meals is very good , too. The hotel is clean with very friendly staff. We found the bath tub inconvienent, a walk in shower would be better.

The staff are phenomenal. Aditya checked us in and made us feel welcome right away. Great smile and friendly service. He was ably assisted by Yash and Kamal the bell person. The attached restaurants are terrific. Great location.

Recently stayed there in Aug 2024 for couple of days and it’s a great option in this price range, category and location. Clean, good staff and well maintained. Good food options and in and around the hotel and plenty of shopping a connectivity thanks to Dadar station literally at door step.

Très déçu car nous avions réservé cet hôtel pour deux raisons et l’hôtel n’a pas été honnête sur le site de réservation. D’abord nous avions souhaité bénéficier du service de transfert aéroport… mais la voiture n’était pas disponible ce jour la. Ensuite nous souhaitions profiter de la piscine pour le dernier jour de nos vacances… l’hôtel serait bien gardé de mentionner qu’elle était en travaux pour 3 mois sur le site de réservation,

No night lamp. Room wasn’t soundproof ad it has a connecting door to the next room. This hotel doesn’t offer hard bed. Very small lounge. For going to breakfast one has to get out of the hotel and enter Rasoi restaurant.

Clean rooms, lift in good working condition... excellent restaurants at side and front with unbelievable food. Very kind and helpful staff
