Breakfast was simple but adequate. The chefs and service staff were accommodating - especially Chef Satish and Vikrant who came up with an excellent “gunpowder” seasoning which adds incredible flavour to the food and service staff Aryan was also very attentive.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. The rooms and corridors are well kept. It is near to TAJ MAHAL. The breakfast had multiple options and servers were polite and helpful - they fulfilled all our food requests for my toddler. My kids enjoyed the puppet show at night near the pool. We had AC issues at night, and the team promptly addressed it in few mins. They also compensated me proactively for this inconvenience. I really appreciate the efforts taken by all staff members to make our stay comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel!

Amazing stay at Trident. We booked three rooms for one night and we had kids traveling with us. We celebrated birthday of my daughter and my niece together and they were very nice to provide complimentary cake and decorations.
Property is really family friendly and they took extra care of kids. Food is good too.
Property garden is beautiful and kids play area was fun.

Trident was just the perfect vacation we needed as a family to spend some quality time together. All the staff are so considerate, warm and welcoming and pay a lot of attention to detail to every little thing. We thoroughly enjoyed the service and hospitality at the resort. The property is also lovely and expansive, perfect for winter time walks along with sumptuous food!! The kids would have a gala time for sure as the staff ensures they get pampered and feel loved.

We particularly liked the welcome to the hotel, and in general the helpfulness of the staff. The swimming pool was excellent- very clean and new and the grounds were well-kept. It was our favourite hotel in our visit to India. Special mention of the lady who met us at reception and the other young trainees and fully fledged staff in the restaurant. The other nice touch was meeting the chef and pastry chef.

Superb service, excellent food and a very relaxing pool area. Overall very clean and well kept. Lots of value for your money and continently located for say Taj Mahal.

Conveniently located for the Taj Mahal, and perfectly adequate in other ways. Staff was very helpful, but kind of aggressively so. I could have used a break from the constant requests to review them. Once is enough, and they knocked on our door a lot to check on us when we were trying to rest. But no other complaints.

Lovely hotel but ……… Bedroom air conditioning was completely ineffective which ruined our nights sleep and the restaurant staff spent more time wandering around doing nothing rather than attending to guests. This lead to us constantly being sat waiting ages for drinks and getting naan bread delivered to the table long after we had finished the food. (Which was meant to be eaten with the bread if you know Indian food)
