The staffs are friendly and accomodating however the room was old (floor, mirror, towel, blanket).

It could be better. The maintenance of the room is not good. Booked executive deluxe, room is spacious but room is not well maintained. Aircon is not cold even thought the engineer came and fixed it. Water leaked and dropped on the bed. Changed our room to slightly smaller room, so it 's not the executive room which we paid for. But room is slightly better. One room only has one socket. So we need to take turn to charge our gadgets, it 's not good at all, first time encountered this in the hotel. At least we have two sockets in each room. Food wise, it 's just so so β¦ you ca. Opt out for the breakfast as you can find makan place near the hotel.

I booked executive deluxe room for 5 nights and it was terrible. The room and toilet are different from photos. Bedsheet and bolster cover are yellow and got many stains. Most areas are covered with dusk. The water tab was broken, and first night the shower was broken, second night the toilet was also broken. The smell in the room is not good also. My brother 's room got electricity problem for twice. But staff hotel are nice, they came so fast helping you fixed the broken bathroom. We tried the breakfast, and it was disappointing too. The left over food from βsahurβ made the food not fresh. One more thing, wifi is not working in my room. With this price, I can book another hotel with better room. For the owner of this hotel, you may need to reconstruct and improve the hotel.
