How could they called 4 stars hotel.. 2 stars for me. The reception will not handle your luggage well. If you leave luggage upon check-in or check-out, they will let you go to the unlocked luggage room to do it by yourself. So, someone can take your luggage because there is no security camera. The room is so hot, air condition did not work well. The only good thing about this hotel is location... 5 mins walk to Termini Metro.

The hotel is located around 300 m. away fromRoma Termini which is convenient to get to the city. There is supermarket opposite the hotel. But there are also many colored ppl and homeless ppl living around there. You should be very careful. Internet is poor but the room itself is cozy and clean. Good breakfast is also provided.

Mi hanno lasciata senza coperte. Ho patito il freddo. Mese di Novembre. Sono stata tutto il giorno a chiedere delle coperte, nessuno si interessava. Inoltre mi hanno obbligato sotto la minaccia di non darmi le chiavi della stanza, a pagare una tassa di soggiorno che per legge non avrei dovuto pagare (perché in città per visite mediche) Ho pagato la tassa per accedere alla mia stanza Sono Stata Minacciata. Giuro.Sono sconvolta. Hotel Terribile!!!!!

personale alla reception scortese e poco attento al cliente. la colazione pessima . alle 7.05 il latte caldo era già finito e per accedere al buffet ho dovuto fare la fila manco fossimo alla Caritas. il prezzo esorbitante e non si capiscono le 4 stelle. da evitare

We stayed for 3 nights and the location is perfect for a city break being next to the main station and about 25 mins walk to the Colosseum and other attractions. The staff were very helpful and the room we had was a good size and included tea and coffee making facilities and a big plus was the air conditioning which worked really well, particularly as it was still 26 degrees when we stayed in October. The bathroom was also a good size with a large, powerful shower and even included a bidet. We can't fault the cleanliness of the bedroom or the bathroom - the only thing which was missing was a full length mirror! The buffet breakfast was served in the rooftop dining area with a choice of hot and cold food - they also provided Cappuccino/latte but you do have to request for this. Our room faced the rear rather than the street which meant no external noise however the only negative observation (at least in our room) was the noisy water pipes, which were quite intrusive when adjoining rooms guests turned on their shower or basin particularly late at night - Ironically we coped with this because of the background hum of the air conditioner otherwise this would have been an issue.

HORRIBLE DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Came to Rome for my honeymoon and this place ruined it!! There is no internet in the hotel. The rooms are dirty, dated and very small. The shower isn’t for anyone over 6ft. When issues were addressed to the front desk I was told to sleep in the foyer if I wanted internet. When telling them we were going to leave early was told we would not be refunded at all. Totally horrible this is a hostel not a 4* hotel. The front desk was not helpful and quite rude. Don’t waste your money!!!

Although it stated there was a bar, it wasn’t open. The shower was so small my skinny husband had trouble getting in and out.

The staff and the service are very friendly. The facilities are remodeled. Clean and safe. I love the location, it is very convenient. The train and bus stations are just cross street. There are many restaurants in this station You can ask staff to change your room to a quiet side if you feel too noise. I did it. The facility level between 3.5 - 3.8. Over all, I like it and I would like to recommend it to the international travelers.

I like the good room in the hotel, because I am relaxed and have a good sleeping.

Great location right near the main train terminal, good breakfast and the guest service team member did a great job of caring for guest requests. Internet was very slow and the area around the hotel was very busy (due to the train terminal).

The AC did not work which the staff was aware of and did not care or offer solutions. The general quality of the room was lacking to the point where grout was actively falling off the shower while attempting to use it. Again any of this may be okay if the staff even faked interest in solving the issues.

Location was excellent after returning our rental at Termini. Comfortable accommodation and affordable rate for Rome.
