The check inn take 30 min waiting the room even it was at 4 pm. The room is very big but everything is old Food in general is not good

We had a wonderful stay to celebrate New Year 2025 - everything about our stay was fantastic. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained and our room was a great size with the most comfortable bed and pristine linens. All of the staff were very attentive, especially the servers and we were personally looked after by Hamza the Duty Manager throughout our whole stay which was special.

The buffet dinner and breakfast on the 2nd floor was amazing.

Kenzi hotel is lovely and has a good location in Casablanca. Unfortunately, they have a real problem with the elevators. I’ve stayed there twice and both times, most of the elevators have seemed to be out of order so you can easily wait 20 minutes to get up or down. This wouldn’t be a big deal except that the Kenzi prides itself on its height and great views.

Amazing

This hotel was great! The view from our room was amazing! It was very clean and the size of the room was super spacious. They offered a buffet for every meal on the 2nd floor throughout the day (an additional charge), but the food was great! One member of my group decided to use the spa and said the massage was the best they ever had. We had lunch at the buffet and the food was delicious and authentic. For dinner we had drinks first at the sky bar which had AMAZING views of the mosque lit up at sunset/night. We then went down one floor to their sky restaurant which also had great service and fine dining. I later ordered a bottle of wine with room service and they delivered it within 5 minutes. Since we were tired from our travels and only stayed a day at this hotel we really didn't have time to leave the hotel, but with all the amenities and great service, why would we!?! However, we did go to see the mosque which was a 10 minute cab ride away. We didn't get a chance to see Rick's Cafe, but that was also about a 10 minute cab ride away. Everything about this place seemed luxurious and the service was exceptional, which definitely elevated the experience.

The best service i ever experienced, on the reception they have mohamed and mohssine who have been good and very efficient and very welcoming, on the restaurant yassine was very welcoming too. they changed my room after a small issue in the smell, it was very good two nights. The only issue was the breakfast buffet needed more option and more freshness

Personnel au petit soin, chambre au top avec vue sur la mosquée Hassan II. Rapport qualité prix vraiment intéressant pour un séjour à Casablanca.

Fint hotell med meget hyggelige ansatte. Dessverre en del punkter som trekker ned totalopplevelsen: - Heisene er på travle tider (f.eks. frokost) så opptatte at du ikke får hentet dem til din etasje og risikerer å vente i opptil 15 minutter. Måtte ta 21 etasjer med trapper en gang. - Sengetøyet var flere ganger vått når det ble lagt på - Boblebadet i spa avdeling var ikke varmt nok - Mangelfull frokost. Kaffemaskin ute av drift så det blir køer. Kun altfor søt aprikosjuice å drikke. - Særdeles dyr SkyBar, meget fin utsikt - Svak lydisolering i vinduer, mye støy fra trafikken hele døgnet også over 20. etasje Fint hotell men ikke verdt prisen
