Hôtel confortable et plaisant . Bonne équipe

The property itself was nice, but front desk staff were very short and rude. As an example, I realized on my first morning that the coffee set up (ie, mugs, packets of instant coffee and tea, sugars) was missing something to heat water with. I called the front desk to request one (politely) and was told they would send one “right away.” At least 30 min later, I called again to see if they might have gotten the wrong room; again, I was told that would send one “right away.” Another 30 min later passed, so I called one last time, and I was given the same reply. I requested clarification, asked if there was some way I could assist (e.g., pick one up), and also asked if there was a way I could get a coffee in the meantime (breakfast had passed). She replied in a very exasperated tone, “we are not room service”…and then she hung up on me. (!!) I was there 4 nights, and I figured it wasn’t worth my effort to ask again after the first morning. But then a kettle appeared the evening before check out. And….it was broken! I can’t help but feel that was intentional. If you are looking for “5-star” service, this hotel is not going to be the one. (P.s. this is my first negative review ever.)

I asked for a twin room when I made the reservation. When I checked in I was given a king-size bed. I had to go back to the reception to change to another room. Only 1 key card worked even though I was given two. Still didn’t work even after I have got it fixed in the reception. The AC didn’t work and I called reception many times, half the times they didn’t pick up the phone. I went down and asked for a fix for 3 times but they never sent a technician even though they said they would. There wasn’t many amenities in the room. Had to ask for slippers and dental kits but I expected they would already be in the room given this is a 5-star hotel.

Excellent area of Marrakech

2nd séjour au Kenzi rose garden Très bien personnel aimable. Il manque du fromage blanc au petit déjeuner il n y a que du fromage frais et des yaourts caloriques. Il n y a pas de petites cuillères. Hôtel très propre femme de chambre super! Il faudrait rajouter une lumière devant l’entrée du bâtiment Koutoubia pour la nuit car c est dangereux devant les marches en effet très peu éclairé.. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés hôtel de qualité vous ne serez pas déçus. J y retournerai à nouveau!

Mensonger : la chambre présentée en photo n'est pas celle qui sont données, je l'ai signalé à la réception, ils reconnaissent que ses trompeurs mais ne peuvent soit disant rien faire. Ménage au sol non fait, cheveux dans la douche, bouteille d'eau entamée sur la table, coupure d'eau chaude dans la journée… Bilan mitigé, hôtel avec du potentiel mais ne vaut ni ses étoiles ni le prix ! Petit déjeuner très fourni mais pas exceptionnel, plutôt cheap. En positif la piscine est propre et chauffée. Je ne recommande pas, en tout cas pas à ce prix.

Hôtel où je loge régulièrement quand je viens à Marrakech.. mais la grosse déception Pas d eau chaude pendant un jour , service nul du responsable d hébergement au personnel de chambre en passant par la réception !! Mauvaise foi !! Aucun professionnalisme !! Vraiment très décevant .. c est dommage parce que l hôtel est très agréable

God plassering i byen. Trygt område, fine basseng. Ok frokost.

Pool area with warm pool is fine. Evenings were guiet. Some program would be nice. Evening buffet was toi expensive.

This hotel was average. It’s rated as 5 star on Expedia buts it’s definitely not. It’s a 3 and half star. Similar to a holiday in with slightly better breakfast. The workers at the breakfast were not overly helpful and did not seam happy to be there. The breakfast itself was average. When I checked out in the very early morning ( no other customers around) I was ignored at the front desk while two attendants carried on their own conversation. The hotel itself was safe, easy to walk to other areas . The hallways were old with old carpet and although the room was renovated it wasn’t great. Expedia should be rating this as a 3 -4 star and not as a 5 star.
