Very pleasant stay in a quieter part of Centraal - rooms and specifically the furniture could do with refreshing after obvious signs of extended usage but were generally clean and functional.

Very good location, close to everything but still peaceful area so you can sleep.

The staff were very helpful and polite. The room was very comfortable while retaining a lot of character. My only complaint was I was double charged for tourist tax but this was likely due to a credit card mix up

Super kind and outgoing staff!! Also, the breakfast was excellent as well! Great location close to Amsterdam Centraal station, and within walking distance to the city center.

this is my first solo travel and I had a very comfortable and good 3 night stay in the hotel. I have stayed in a few budget hotels and this is one of the nicest one. It is very close to everything, especially the central station. my room was serviced everyday and the breakfast included was a plus. staff are all nice, will definitely stay again

La persona de recepción nos recibió muy amable , llegamos tarde de la noche y nos ayudó en nuestras dudas , fue una excelente decision escoger este hotel después de la cancelación de nuestro vuelo queda a 30 minutos de la aeropuerto pero para una noche y conocer el centro de la ciudad está en una bueno la ubicación y el desayuno muy bueno con mucha variedad .

Dark, small room. Floor of shower flooded right away as slant of floor of shower was away from drain. Breakfast made it almost worthwhile

Por favor NO reserven este hotel! Me senti realmente estafada, reserve dos habitaciones superiores, una doble y una twin , en la descripcion dice 18m2, y muestran ventanas con vista al canal, NO SE DEJEN ENGAÑAR!!! Cuando hago el check in el conserje me indica pasillo al fondo, le manifiesto que yo reserve una habitación SUPERIOR , y le pido que me la cambie , su respuesta fue esta todo vendido, lo peor de todo fue que reserve 4 noches, y lo peor que fue sin reembolso, sino obvio que buscaba otro hotel. Lo peor fue cuando pido hablar con el gerente y el conserje me explica que la culpa es de Hoteles.com ( yo siempre uso esta plataforma y es la 1era vez que me pasa esto) y me sugiere que la proxima contrate directamente por la pagina del hotel. Son unos sinverguenzas!!! Espero que me reintegren lo que corresponde por la diferencia de categoría y el mal rato que me hicieron pasar!!! Hoteles.com debe verificar mejor estas cosas

The property was in a great location however the rooms are very small. And you also need to be aware that there are a few steps to carry your luggage up to enter the building.

The room was clean and convient and in the center of everything we did, equal distant from The Jordaan (West), the Museum district (South) and the botanical gardens (East)

Extremely small rooms without air conditioning and breakfast is very basic. The staff is good though. Recommended only if living by the station.

La habitación daba a un patio trasero con aires acondicionados..si me dicen eso en el momento de la reserva hubiese reservado otra habitación o hubiese reservado en otro hotel. Tampoco había mini nevera en la habitación ni hablaban español en recepción como ponía. La ubicación eso sí es bastante buena, tienes la estación de Amsterdam central a 8 min andando y los sitios de interés turístico a 10 min
