Adina Apartment Hotel Auckland Britomart

We arrived early a.m. direct from the airport. Staff were happy to give us some space to open luggage, freshen up and change. They then stored our luggage so that we could get on with our day and check in properly later. Our apartment should have had a washing machine but it was not present. Within a few minutes we had been given a different room with full facilities. The accommodation was roomy, clean and perfect for our needs. The staff were great and always prepared to go the extra mile

We stayed twice, at start and end of our NZ visit. The beds are super comfortable, my biggest concern. We loved the layout, the space in the rooms. Loved having washer and dryer because we were at start and end of a longer trip to South Island. Having a full kitchenette was a plus. Big window so bright and pleasant, didn’t matter that the view was not special, open space beyond the room. Front desk staff very helpful with the room and our various questions. At the first stay, there was a problem with a beeping sound in the room, they were quick to find a new room for us, and it was even nicer than the first! One of the front desk people came with me later to look for a charging cord I had left behind. Because our first stay was over the holidays, much was closed in the area, but on our second stay, there were tons of coffee shops and excellent restaurants very close by! We did eat the hotel breakfast ( not included) on the first stay, and it was fine. The eating area is open and pleasant. We were happier with the choices in walking distance, but for early pick ups, etc hotel breakfast was fine.
