Room was nice. It was pretty warm in the room and the window didn’t open very far but they did have fans. Stay was great. Pool and hot tub were a nice treat for the end of our trip.

Perfect for what I needed - a simple comfortable stay within a walk of the city centre. Staff were friendly, helpful and on hand. Food okay, passable for a hotel. We are used to staying in much more expensive hotels, but for the money it was clean, well located and had free parking.

Very comfy room. We had room only so didn’t eat but everything looked clean and well laid out. The reception staff weee really friendly and helpful. The pool and steam room were lovely. Loads of free parking on site and just a 5 min drive to Inverness centre. I’d recommend the hotel

The room was very disappointing it was extremely small for three people, with barely enough space to walk between the beds. The cleanliness was poor; there was dust everywhere, and the fan was covered in thick dust. To make things worse, the room was boiling hot (even though it was only around 21–23°C outside), and the fan didn’t help at all because of how dirty it was.The landline over there was not working aswell. i called them through my own phone On a positive note, the pool and jacuzzi facilities were lovely and well maintained, which made the stay a little better.

I was very disappointed, the rooms need up updating & needs maintenance to fix up.the windows didn’t open all the way & with no air con the room was far too hot with no air circulating even with two fans on for the three nights, I felt like I was in a sauna. Breakfast was well see for yourself. The photos online compared to what you experience is two totally different things.

First room: toilet made really loud grinding noise and had bad stains on carpet Request room change and was immediately accommodated Second room toilet worked fine but there were dirty towels left in closet and garbage in the garbage bin. Last minute stay due to a cancelled flight. Everything was great apart from I would expect air conditioning in a 4 star hotel. With the windows open it was pretty loud as it is sandwiched between two main roads.

Room was very hot and so sleeping was impossible. Shower curtain was mouldy and the was mould around the grab rail over the bath. One pillow case was filthy. Room was dusty. Not worth the high rate that was paid for the room.

I would rate this hotel as three star. It is an older hotel over a mile outside Inverness. The bathroom had a shower above the bath with a curtain. There was no air-conditioning and the window didn’t close properly. There was only space for one chair in the room. There is a noisy dual carriageway outside. On the plus side, there was a fridge. Breakfast choice and quality was OK but the “restaurant” was attached to the bar. We ate there one night but the food was bar quality and nearly cold. Considering the price we paid for three nights, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for value.
