Bad service, impossible to get in touch with before or after the stay

The front desk staff (especially Nothando) was very good. Excellent customer service.

The property wasn’t terrible but it could use some upgrades. The air conditioning was not working properly and my fiancé wasn’t able to sleep for like two days. However, the staff and food were amazing.

Staff are very friendly every single one of them. To mention a few Names, Hleziphi, Palesa, kgomotso, Tobogo and Khumalo were very helpful.

The area wasn’t as safe or near the main pedestrian street of Rosebank as expected. The lobby reeked of cheap incense or air freshener. Intensely overpowering, allergy triggering horrific scent. The couch in the suite was so dirty. The walls were dirty and scuffed. The windows were filthy. There were almost no amenities. No wash cloths, one hand towel, no bath mat. It was SO barebones and downtrodden. We checked out of our suite without unpacking and forfeited the coat of 2 nights stay. No idea how this place gets the ratings it does.

The property is located perfectly in the heart of rosebank. Well maintained, the grass may need a bit more manicuring and the pool cleaner

Clean and organized property.

Very personable service. I was there for a funeral and was able to also find time to check out the area. Uber is very easy to acquire. A few minor service observations: garden shower head is nice; however, some hairstyles and textures don’t allow you to get your hair wet. The garden shower head makes it hard to shower. Housekeepers need to learn not to let the guest room doors shut hard. Many people travel from different time zones and our sleep patterns are off. They also need to ensure they replace the number of towels they remove from the room. I had to ask for terry a few times. The phone outlet in the bedroom is the only outlet that will allow you to use the international outlet to charge you US charging cable. I personally would stay at this hotel again despite the minor things mentioned above. The hotel is beautiful inside and outside and very secure. I used to stay at the Marriott Melrose Arch. This hotel made it very affordable for the 5 nights I was there. And again the staff was super friendly.

Heating doesn’t work properly.

Foi boa e a equipe do hotel é muito atenciosa. Apesar do erro inicial de nossa acomodar em um quarto com o ar-condicionado sem funcionar e não ter outro disponível para a imediata realocação, a equipe solucionou a questão no dia seguinte com muita presteza. O café da manhã é ótimo. O chuveiro e cama muito bons, mas a pia do quarto não condiz com o resto do apartamento. Muito pequena e mal iluminada. Senti falta também de um suporte para as malas, algo simples, mas que confere muito conforto para quem não quer desfazer a mala.

All was good. Staff was very accomadating as we needed to another night due to flight delays. Enjoy our stay

Great stay and very convenient location

Overall it was a nice hotel. Their service and food service was not good. They were in walking distance to the mall amd metro.

Het was opzich een prima verblijf. Mooie badkamer. Wel ontbrak er een plint en zaten er kieren tussen het laminaat wat wel een beetje jammer was. De kamer was schoon en het personeel beleefd. Vooral achter de receptie. Het eten is geen aanrader

personale molto cordiale e pulizia buona. purtroppo la ns suite con due camere aveva un terribile odore di fogna. cucina accessoriata per essere usata ma senza il necessario per la pulizia piatti etc (in tutti gli hyatt house in cui siamo stati negli USA ci hanno sempre dato kit con pastiglie lavastoglie, detersivo piatti, carta da cucina e strofinacci) aggiungerei appendiabiti alla zona cucina soggiorno e specchio vicino ad una presa per quando si vuole usare il phon visto che in bagno non è possibile usarlo. all’interno della struttura permane un profumo fortissimo che diventa fastidioso dopo poco. possibilità di usare la laundry con lavatrice e asciugatrice gratuita. purtroppo permettono pgm lunghi e pertanto se è un hotel di appoggio alla visita della città non sono utilizzabili se non a tardissima serata a meno che stiate le ore in hotel. parcheggio e sicurezza interna molto valida. colazione buona anche se i croissant non sembravano molto freschi. migliorabile sicuramente. in agosto piscina inutilizzabile perché troppo fredda e poco pulita.

Nos quedamos en el Hyatt House Johannesburg, en una habitación con dos recámaras, y una cocina. Muy limpio, bonito, cómodo, camas cómodas. Buen desayuno, y personal muy amable. Lo recomendamos ampliamente.

Wow the service was excellent. Friendly staff from reception, Ephraim was very friendly and very professional by explaining to us how the hotel operates. Rooms were clean ,atmosphere was very cossy. Our 1st night we enjoyed dinner at the restaurant, breakfast was great.I would prefer to come again for the stay and recommend the hotel. Excellent service
