A virtual front desk provides assistance to guests. All guests must show a valid passport. This is the only form of identification that is accepted at this property.  This property has indicated that it is registered as a city homestay service for foreign tourists to experience the culture of Korean houses. The property has indicated that it can therefore only accept bookings from foreign guests. Guests whose residence is in Korea will not be allowed to check in.
