Albergo di fronte al lago. Ottima qualità. Ristorante eccellente. Colazione ampia scelta di qualità. Parcheggio comodo e coperto. Ottima posizione.

I wanted a small breakfast but the waiter wasn't very helpful. I saw he was really nice with the regular customers of the hotel but not with me. I had to get my coffee from a machine which was not working properly.....not very good coffee but expensive breakfast

Very convenient to train and grocery shopping—When I arrived the front desk person told me you had to request the shuttle 48 hrs in advance when checking out another person said 24hrs.The room was very cold and you could hear your neighbors— I literally heard the person above me sneezing. Walls in the room were filthy. Sheets had spots.Was told at check in breakfast was free when I went 4 breakfast the staff told me very loudly that it was not in front of all the guest.

Beautiful location next to the lake, conveniently located next to the train station and it takes only 20 minutes on the train to get ro Geneva. The staff was friendly and professional and the breakfast was great. The room is spacious and has everything you need.

Nice property. Decent very clean rooms. I got a lake view corner which has huge windows and a very good louver/ shade system. Lobby is a bit cheap and cheerful IMO. Service is rather poor. No one at front desk when I arrived, so it was confusing. They encouraged room service but had to come back down since no menu. Thermostat cannot be adjusted by guest by design. Airport shuttle was 15 minutes late which can matter. Not really a good desk or dining situation in the room. Kind of a stool and a plank. Nice sitting chair in the window corner.

L’hôtel offre une vue splendide depuis les chambres. Toutefois, nous ne pouvons pas dire que notre expérience y a été agréable. Pendant que nous prenions notre petit-déjeuner, deux individus sont entrés dans l’hôtel sans aucune vérification, se sont installés dans la salle de petit-déjeuner et ont volé le sac de notre maman. Ce sac contenait tous ses documents personnels alors que nous devions rentrer en France le soir même. L’absence de sécurité dans cet hôtel, choisi car situé dans un endroit «calme »idéal pour notre mère, est inacceptable, surtout pour un hotel 4 étoiles situé en Suisse, un pays qui accueille de bcp personnes fortunées. Ce qui est incompréhensible, c’est que, bien que nous, clients, devions rappeler nos numéros de chambre pour accéder au petit-déjeuner, des personnes extérieures à l’hôtel ont pu entrer librement sans être contrôlées. Le vol, qui n’a duré que 3 minutes, nous laisse soupçonneux et perplexes. Ce voyage, qui devait être un cadeau d’anniversaire pour ma sœur, s’est transformé en cauchemar. Après le vol, nous avons initialement été abandonnés par le personnel, bien que le vol ait eu lieu dans l’établissement. Finalement, nous avons pu visionner les images des caméras de surveillance. Nous remercions le personnel de l’accueil pour ça mais ma mère est toujours extrêmement traumatisée. En plus de l’incident, la porte de la salle de bain ne fermait pas, et des traces étaient visibles à notre arrivée. Nous ne reviendrons pas dans cet hôtel.

By the lake, in a new development.

The hotel is on the airport flight path. Also, the main street for traffic to Geneva was right next to the hotel. Very noisy all night. Room was hot - No air conditioning. Bed was on the floor. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

The only problem is that hotel doesn’t have AC
