Everything is good except limit choice of breakfast in the moring, and food price in restautant is bit high and small dish

Oui belle vue et petit dejeuner vraiment tres varié. Deception a notre arrivé nous avons une chambre diffrente que celle choisie alors que nous avions choisi acces piscine direct depuis notre terrasse. Ils nous ont dans une chambre a 12 minutes aller retour...pas trop sympatique

Nice quiet area of Phuket. Easy transport to busier areas for more shopping. Adult pool.

I really loved this hotel! Everything was so well-organized, clean, and perfectly arranged. The staff were amazing – very skilled, friendly, and always helpful. I truly enjoyed the food, and the beach was super clean and relaxing. The rooms were spotless, and the room service was excellent and fast. Even the laundry service was great. Honestly, everything here is just perfect, and I would definitely come back again♥️♥️♥️♥️

Only thing that concerned me was how slippery the tiles were in Seacret Restaurant which was the breakfast area

Muhteşem bir deneyimdi. Çalışanların güler yüzlü olması, her yerin temiz olması, odaların her gün süpürülüp silinmesi .... Kısacası her şey muhteşemdi.

ホテルのコンビニは外のコンビニと値段大して変わらないし、レストランは高すぎないで美味しいのでとても良い。 リクエストしたベビーベッドもちゃんと用意してくれており快適だった。

Amazing place to stay

This is a massive hotel. Although in low season, the breakfast during “high hour” 9.00 was terribly crowded. Variety is amazing. The rooms are spacious but smell moldy. Rooms are clean. Beds are good. Lots of swimming possibilities and kids club. Compared to the Kathathani in Chiang Rai, where they let you feel like home, this hotel lets you feel like a number. If there are no problems they are friendly and helpful, however if there are problems, it is not their problem. Like the washing machines for instance. Both broken during a washing cycle. Had to wait 30 minutes for a technician to come which eventually was not coming because the initial staff didn’t listen and thought we wanted to make use of a broken machine. Then when they came the conclusion was the machine was broken, and we were left with soaking wet and full of soap clothes. No excuse, no apologies, just the 60 baht back and gone was the manager. As if that is what I am waiting for. It is sad this incident reflects over this stay. And compared to their other resort, including the massiveness I would not recommend it.

This is our sixth stay at katathani over 10 years. We have seen the resort change and improve over the years but the basic characteristics are the same: a very large resort along a beach which is almost predominantly used by hotel guests with a number of small restaurants and shops on the outside of the resort and 5 or six within the resort. We came originally as a couple and now we have three children and it is still brilliant.

Bed. Food. Staff.

The hotel is huge, overcrowded, and far from everything. Distances between areas are enormous! It was never mentioned that there are two separate lobbies. I specifically requested two adjoining rooms with a sea view (traveling with my kids, which is very important), yet we were given rooms facing buildings in the second lobby, across the road and far from the sea. The hotel is 1.5 hours from the airport, an hour from the city center, and even within the property, everything is a long walk – the dining hall feels like a trek. The information on the website is extremely misleading, with no hint of this reality. On top of that, all the nearby restaurants belong to the hotel. Very disappointed!
