Pran@Kumuang Boutique House

The stay was wonderful. The property is in a great location and is well kept up. P and M Jeff were great hosts and very helpful with any plans we had. The rest of the staff there was also very attentive. They have great food and drinks at the coffee shop/cafe. If we are ever back in Chiang Mai, we will be sure to stay here.

This is such a cute hotel in Old Town! Fantastic location, beautifully decorated, and the staff is so helpful and friendly. You are steps away from everything, but tucked away on a tiny street, so it's very quiet. I've stayed at several small hotels in Chiang Mai, and this is a favorite. We will definitely stay here again.

All about Pran was outstanding. Stepping into the bedroom was entering a lovely cozy world full of beautiful decorative details that make you feel welcome, in a way only Thai people can do it. Jeff and his mom were always willing to help you with info about getting around Chiang Mai, and prompt to give you suggestions of things you should not miss while in town.
