We hade the resort view villa. It was lovely and quiet. The staff are so welcoming and incredible. We also went to the appreciation drinks in the evening which had a great atmosphere. We ordered room service for dinner to relax in the villa and it was delicious. The breakfast was also spectacular. On our last day after checkout we had lunch by the sea. Would 100% stay again and stay for longer next time.

Ritz har en fantastisk eiendom. Førsteinntrykket er helt vidunderlig. Men det går nedover etter det. For det første: Maten og tjenestene er helt latterlig dyre. Pad thai på deres restaurant til 1000% dyrere enn restauranter 3km unna, for eksempel. Ja vel, det er Ritz. Men Thailand ellers har ikke i nærheten av dette prisnivået. Har man problemer/tilbakemeldinger så ikke forvent rask avklaring. De bruker dager på å gi klare svar, og skjer ingenting. Andre Ritz-Carlton-hoteller hadde aldri håndtert hendelser på samme måte. Ingen dresscode på frokost. Forvent badesko, fotballdrakter og shorts. Serveres i et varmt lokale og med utrolig mange mennesker. Fine rom. Noe slitt. Stranden og solsengene fine. Men dette hotellet mangler skikkelig magisk luksus som man forventer hos denne kjeden. Hadde ikke bodd der igjen.

The Hotel and food were great. Our ocean front one bedroom villa was outstanding with its own plunge pool. Worth the extra expense. Also the Thai Massage at the spa was outstanding. We highly recommend it. The beach fire walker show was very well done. Great place to catch some rest and downtime after travelling several destinations in Thailand.

The hotel was beautiful, the staff very helpful, service was excellent. The resort is large and transportation is by trolly . They were very quick and efficient. We did not wait more than 5 mins for a trolly. The breakfast was very good. Overall a very enjoyable stay. One improvement could be at the Beach/ Ocean area. As the ocean here experiences Riptides, the warning flag is by the pool area and not the beach. The flag should be closer to the actual beach /entry to the ocean for safety reasons. One teenager in our group entered the water, the kids were not aware the flag at the pool was for the beach. Thankfully he got out quickly and was safe. If you have kids, please make them aware of this.

We stayed four nights in a beautiful villa overlooking the sea. Service was good enough (staff really made an effort, especially Ping and Beauty), and the premises of the hotel were OK. However, none of this justified the price of about 1000 euro daily we were charged. The breakfast room was a big, sad, and noisy hall with lots of poorly-dressed guests swarming around with plenty of children. We needed to arrive early if we wanted to be seated at a decent table. Their private beach was underwhelming. In short, if you’re looking for an exclusive and relaxing experience, this resort is not from you.

the propety is large and quite well maintained; there are enough dining choices and prices are fair for a resort of this standing; the pool is great place to spend the day with kids; the beach is not the place to really swim- too much current; overall - there is, visibly an effort to upgrade the service level with more professional stuff; the property stay highly recommended in my opinion;

We hade the resort view villa. It was lovely and quiet. The staff are so welcoming and incredible. We also went to the appreciation drinks in the evening which had a great atmosphere. We ordered room service for dinner to relax in the villa and it was delicious. The breakfast was also spectacular. On our last day after checkout we had lunch by the sea. Would 100% stay again and stay for longer next time.

Ritz har en fantastisk eiendom. Førsteinntrykket er helt vidunderlig. Men det går nedover etter det. For det første: Maten og tjenestene er helt latterlig dyre. Pad thai på deres restaurant til 1000% dyrere enn restauranter 3km unna, for eksempel. Ja vel, det er Ritz. Men Thailand ellers har ikke i nærheten av dette prisnivået. Har man problemer/tilbakemeldinger så ikke forvent rask avklaring. De bruker dager på å gi klare svar, og skjer ingenting. Andre Ritz-Carlton-hoteller hadde aldri håndtert hendelser på samme måte. Ingen dresscode på frokost. Forvent badesko, fotballdrakter og shorts. Serveres i et varmt lokale og med utrolig mange mennesker. Fine rom. Noe slitt. Stranden og solsengene fine. Men dette hotellet mangler skikkelig magisk luksus som man forventer hos denne kjeden. Hadde ikke bodd der igjen.

- Room was very poorly finished - Strange green film layer in the main pool - Silly prices for food at the pool bar - Pool restaurant of very poor quality Overall very average hotel that’s old and tired and definitely wouldn’t return in its current state.

The Hotel and food were great. Our ocean front one bedroom villa was outstanding with its own plunge pool. Worth the extra expense. Also the Thai Massage at the spa was outstanding. We highly recommend it. The beach fire walker show was very well done. Great place to catch some rest and downtime after travelling several destinations in Thailand.

The hotel was beautiful, the staff very helpful, service was excellent. The resort is large and transportation is by trolly . They were very quick and efficient. We did not wait more than 5 mins for a trolly. The breakfast was very good. Overall a very enjoyable stay. One improvement could be at the Beach/ Ocean area. As the ocean here experiences Riptides, the warning flag is by the pool area and not the beach. The flag should be closer to the actual beach /entry to the ocean for safety reasons. One teenager in our group entered the water, the kids were not aware the flag at the pool was for the beach. Thankfully he got out quickly and was safe. If you have kids, please make them aware of this.

We stayed four nights in a beautiful villa overlooking the sea. Service was good enough (staff really made an effort, especially Ping and Beauty), and the premises of the hotel were OK. However, none of this justified the price of about 1000 euro daily we were charged. The breakfast room was a big, sad, and noisy hall with lots of poorly-dressed guests swarming around with plenty of children. We needed to arrive early if we wanted to be seated at a decent table. Their private beach was underwhelming. In short, if you’re looking for an exclusive and relaxing experience, this resort is not from you.

the propety is large and quite well maintained; there are enough dining choices and prices are fair for a resort of this standing; the pool is great place to spend the day with kids; the beach is not the place to really swim- too much current; overall - there is, visibly an effort to upgrade the service level with more professional stuff; the property stay highly recommended in my opinion;
